Worked well, could be re-used, esp since my husband who packed them didn't seal it with both tape strips. A little duct tape next time will fix it fine for liqueds, or do nothing for other breakables. It went over to Spain cushioning a camera lens (unsealed) which worked great.

Perfect....if you are the least bit hesitant, don't worry. it carried our wine safely and we experienced no problems.

It's a neat idea, but too expensive. You could buy a whole box of giant zip lock bags for $10.

Great idea! We travel to Mexico several times a year and like to bring our own wine with us. In the past, we had to wrap the bottles in various items and pray the bottle wouldn't break.

Just got back from a trip to Italy. Was able to bring back a couple bottles of wine using the WineSkin in my luggage. Works like a charm!

I absolutely love the WineSkins! I have used them on numerous occasions for travel and they work great every time! I actually did have one bottle break in my travels and the liquid was held by the skin perfectly and nothing in my luggage had even a drop of red wine on it. Best value for the money, the Bottle Armor is too expensive to use when transporting numerous bottles. I brought back a couple of bottles of wine in my checked bag on a return trip from Sacramento. Both bottles arrived intact as well as my clothes. I wish the bags could be easily unsealed so they could be reused. I am very satisfied with the product.

It did a great job protecting our wine (and some small jars) on an international flight.

I have used these twice now for international travel, safely bringing home wine & olive oil with no leaks or breakage, in a soft-sided Eagle Creek suitcase. Reused them on a second trip, adding packing tape across the seal, brought along for that purpose. One split along the seam due to a fatter bottle, but I taped that up. These are the best priced option for safe bottle transport. (Tried w/o success to find a wine mailer carton in Europe.)

Upon returning from Santorini and Athens Greece, I used both wine skins to bring back bottles of greek wine. They did not break and I highly recommend these to my traveling friends.

The wine skin took our wine in the air, on a cruise and on to Hawaii. Worked very well. We were very pleased.

Easy to use, provide good protection. I packed three bottles and they traveled home from Paris in my suitcase (which was not a hard case) without any problems.

These little bags are flat for taking with you and really protective of wines (or fancy Italian olive oils!). I LOVE that we see through them to what's inside and they seal PERFECTLY! I tried a zip lock sealing unit and it leaked. THESE DO NOT LEAK! I tested with a cheap bottle to show my wife! I buy these before traveling as they are cheaper here than most places and not found out of country for less than $$$! Easier to have them with us, HA! Could have resold them to other customers!

No more wrapping wine bottles in my dirty laundry! I've never had a packed bottle break, but I always worry. The only thing that would make these better is if they were reusable, because at $5 apiece they're kind of expensive.

I agree with the other reviewers that this is an excellant product but a little pricy if it can only be used once. I am traveling in June and will attempt to open it carefully so that the Wine Skin can be used again.

I wish they were just a little wider, as my favorite wine has a fairly round bottle and won't fit. I agree that it would be nice if it were easier to reuse them, too.On the whole, a great idea and they really work!

The wineskin works well with wine bottles. We tried to stuff a bottle of vodka into the skin but it proved to fat so we found a thinner bottle of it and bingo it worked. They all shipped fine. It seem s shame not to reuse the skin so I carefully opened one and am going to try it again in the future.
