Excellent, but could be improved

I really like my gateway but wanted something slightly larger. The gateway plus is a perfect size but lacks some features of the gateway that I really liked, such as the loop for attaching keys. I would prefer a zipper or Velcro instead of the clasp on the outside pouch -- the clasp is not secure enough. The inside zipper pocket would be better on the side, rather than on the flap -- as it is it is hard to open and when things are inside the pocket it is difficult to put things in the slot. I would prefer several inside zipper pockets, not just one. I really like the RFID blocking feature.

Good travel bag

I really like this bag. It is stylish and sturdy. It is large enough to carry my iPad, medicine bag, phone, chargers, small wallet, etc. it is made of heartier material than my other travel bag. (I like how the less sturdy one drapes on my body, but it couldn't fit my iPad and other necessities comfortably.) I wish it had a slot for a pen and an internal hook for my keys. Other than that, it is a good bag for daily use or for traveling.
p.s. The purple is a nice shade, not too purply. -
A great travel handbag

The bag is large enough to hold a travel umbrella, bottle of water, wallet, cell phone, glasses, travel documents, and an iPad. It's the travel purse that I've been looking for.

I don't like it. There are no zippered compartments in the front so when the purse is tipped over items fall out. I loved the Gateway but wanted a larger purse. This is not it. The drop in pockets are smaller so my billfold no longer fits, the padded 'IPAD" pocket is not stiff enough so it is harder to slide things in, there is no pen holder and no LED light. Also the shoulder strap is uncomfortable.
