Not quite the right fit - Review by

I was very excited to receive this product. I thought all the features sounded great, and there were lots of compartments. However, I tried it out today (in the house fully loaded), and I was very disappointed to discover that the straps wouldn't adjust short enough for my body even though my height is 5'6". It drooped a long ways down! That was the major problem, but the second problem is that when you are using it as a backpack, the straps are two thin.

better as backpack than purse - Review by

The design is clever with a shoulder strap that unzips to become two smaller straps that turn it into a backpack. However, when used as a purse, it is unwieldy and flops around awkwardly, never lying close against the body. As a backpack, it works well, although the straps when unzipped are very slim and aren't comfortable for long periods of time. There is a great deal of space in it--it will hold a lot.

Very nice backpack - Review by

Very nice, good quality backpack but the straps are way too long to use for that purpose. Even with the minimum amount of contents inside, the pack itself lays on my lower back on the back of my waist. The straps, being as long as they are, do not stay up on my shoulders.

Nearly perfect bag! - Review by

I was hesitant about purchasing this bag, as the photo doesn't show the bag very well, nor does the narrative accurately describe this bag. I live in Canada, and returns are not easy. Well, I took a chance, and I'm very glad I did! For those who are curious about the bag, here's a detailed description: The exterior front of the bag has a small zippered pocket in the middle, and a flap with a turn-latch at the top. The exterior back has a large zippered pocket. Open up the latch and flap at the top, and inside are three full-sized compartments with locking zippers. The front-most compartment has a snap-in keychain with a small led flashlight, and the rear-most compartment is plain. The middle compartment, which is held closed by snaps, can be unzipped to open up fully. Inside the middle compartment are two zippered compartments, a cell phone sleeve, pen slots, and RFID-protected card slots. The sling-style carrying-strap can be unzipped into backpack straps (my preferred method of carrying). All in all, a beautifully designed bag. I'll probably buy another colour when they go on sale next. I'd give the bag 6 stars if it could somehow work as a cross-body bag, too (maybe the next version could have this option?).

Confused - Review by

It just arrived and I LOVE almost everything about it. Great quality! Classic look! Fantastic security and organization! But I don't get how it is supposed to convert into a nice purse. I tried the straps that make it into a purse in a variety of ways and they all seem awkward. Maybe I'm just missing something.
