Bag and tag...

This bag is a must for traveling and being in crowded market places and any place where pick pockets are. The bag could be a little bigger but the bag itself is fantastic. Once again I think that with the amount of money I spent shipping should be free.

A great bag, almost

I love this bag for its form, function and comfort. But it's not perfect. And now I've noticed it has begun to fray around the hooks, which is really disappointing for an otherwise robust bag: and I have not been giving it any excessive weight or punishment. It's very comfortable either in back pack or satchel mode. You do need to take care to line up the velcro patches in order to secure the outer flap, however. Internal pockets are good, but the pen and phone slots are effectively useless, as anything other than a vertically upright position means stuff inside them just falls out into the main compartment. Slot for tablet is great, though. I would have given this four stars, but for the obvious quality problem I'm now encountering, which is just not good enough for a $100 bag that I had to pay much more for in order to import to the UK (tax, duty). Such a shame.

Comfortable and roomy!

While shopping at an Apple store I saw someone with this bag. She had her mac, wireless keyboard, accessories & her iPad in it with room to spare. I'm so glad I asked her about it. It is the most comfortable backpack I have used. I don't like the Velcro on the outside flap but everything else about it works. The gray color is professional and suitable for men and women.

Best idea - Worst Construction

I was so excited to find this bag. It was the exact size I needed and had all the features I wanted, plus ones I'd never even dreamed of. I thought I had finally found the PERFECT bag for me. After only a month I noticed the seams were splitting. Then the cloth tabs that hold the hook for the strap started fraying. I'm days away from the bag falling apart. This could be the best bag on the planet, but unfortunately it just doesn't wear well.

backpack too big

while we liked the backpack it was too long; had it been about 5" or so shorter it would have been perfect.
