Ultra Soles

If this company should ever discontinue this product (hopefully not!), the the only other source that carries a similar product would be that from the Home Trends catalog. So I warn the both of you not to discontue this product.

I intend to return these ultra soles. I love the design but the bottom sole is made of something like plastic from China and they smell. I put them in the garage for a week to try to air them out but they still smell. Can't put them in my luggage smelling like this. Don't buy this particular pair.

These ultra soles are great for traveling. Very light and take up very little space in your luggage. Would definitely recommend them.

These slippers take up very little space in your luggage. I had thought I would use these slippers when I took off my shoes at the airport. I found that wasn't too convienent in the airports I was in. I did use them in the shower. It seemed to take a little bit of time for them to dry out or off. Pack a waterproof bag if you like to shower just before packing when leaving a hotel to continue your trip. While I didn't use them as much as I thought I might, I did use them and was glad I had them.

Ultra soles are light and thin, so will be easy to pack, which is why I bought them. Unfortunately, when I took them out of the package, I had to banish them to a far corner of the basement to air out. The petro-chemical smell of man-made rubber was overpowering. Even now, days later, they still have that rubber smell. I'll pack them in a zip-lock bag. I tried them on but haven't worn them yet, so all I can say about comfort is that they stayed on my feet for the few steps I took. I'll only wear them in hotel rooms and showers to prevent athlete's foot, so I'm sure they will be adequate.

A great light weight slipper for travel. Helps cut down on weight and is sturdy enough to stand up to wear.

Light weight, thin and easy to pack. Don't plan to do anything else while wearing them other than walking sedately to the shower and then getting in the shower and washing. These are somewhat flimsy but will do the job they are made for--keeping your feet off grotty shower floors.

A very practical product, but the white color is rather conspicuous. If the product were available in black, it would be perfect for those overnight flights. Note that, when new, the product has a rather strong rubbery smell.

When I travel, I am never without my Ultra Soles. They're light, don't take up any packing space to speak of, & are the very best for the shower. I own 2 pairs. I hope Magellan doesn't ever consider discontinuing this product!

My husband and I used this product for over three weeks of traveling and found it to be very useful and comfortable. Taking a shower in different hotels while wearing these 'soles' enabled us to be worry free about any possible health or sanitary issues. They also dried rather quickly. We'll be sure to use them again and again while traveling.

I just bought my third pair of Ultra Soles - I've been using them for a long time and don't go on a trip without them. They take up no space at all in my suitcase, and provide non-slip protection in hotel showers. I also use them at home - my shower floor is tile and very slippery, so my Ultra Soles protect me from falls. I have one pair at home and another pair that stays permanently in my travel gear. I love them!

They worked great. However, after one week they netting started pulling out from the top band where the back elastic is attached.

We took these to Tanzania and were very pleased with them. We ordered the larger size per other reviewers advice, but I think my usual size would have been plenty large.

Just received these today. They will be so helpful when my husband comes home from knee replacement. Easier to wear for the first few days instead of shoes and socks, and THEY DON'T SLIP! I have been trying mine in the kitchen, up and down the stairs and I am quite happy with them! If you get them for the whole family, just use a marker of different colours and put an x or a heart on them for easier identification. I am so happy with ours - for more than the public shower or pool.

These shower soles are great! Lightweight, easy to pack, and quick drying. They will be traveling with me many more times. I read the reviews which said they ran a tad small so got the larger size and was glad I did. :)

These are simply great. No more trying to shoe horn in a bulky pair of shower clogs (flip-flops). Pack flat, out of the way -great! Used them on a six day trip - no complaints.

The Ultra Soles are the best for so many things, but for me they mean stability when it is wet or slippery. I have had foot surgery and am no longer agile on my feet. I have used Ultra Soles for many years and have probably ordered 10 or 12 pair over this time. I always have a pair in my carry on and also a pair in my suitcase. And, even when I am at home, I use them to shower. Thank you for the Ultra Soles--they are truly #1 and highly recommended.

These are great. I wouldn't travel without them, and I've gotten them for the entire family. Wearing them keeps your feet healthy, and they prevent slipping!

I bought these net shoes thinking they might serve as "water shoes" at the beach during a cruise to Mexico, however I was provided with real water shoes at the beach venue. They did work really well as a coverup for my feet after swimming, and I wore them walking in the sand as well as while traveling via taxi back to the cruise ship. They were comfortable and easy to walk in, protecting my feet on all kinds of surfaces. They have secure elastic and stayed on my feet very well.

We wear these shoes all over the world. They go on our feet when we get out of bed until we put on shoes. I feel cleaner in any room anywear, especially carpeting and bathrooms. They take no room in any luggage. When they get wet, they are fast to dry.

I have purchased Ultra Soles for many years. I think they are a terific product for the person who travels frequently. I have used them all over the world. The only negative is that the mest in the area of the toe nails wears out fairly quickly requiring frequent replacement. The product wold be greatly improved if the toe area were reinforced with a solid material or something else that would add durability to the area.

They are easy to get on for someone with arthritis or problems with hand coordination, and they stay on. I use them for showers when traveling and at the gym. My mother uses them as slippers because they are comfortable when her feet are swollen. My first pair lasted for over a year without the strap losing its elasticity (they were stolen from a shoe rack so some stranger clearly liked them enough to steal a well-used pair!)

I take a US shoe size 6 and so ordered the S size which is supposed to take up to women's 6 1/2. Was a tad disappointed to discover how small the ultra soles were for my foot size. My heel overhangs the back by almost half-an-inch, unless I ram my toes to the front, which isn't comfortable. Love its lightness and flatness. But the next pair I order will be a size up!

lightweight and comfortable

These light little slippers kept my feel off the sometimes gritty hotel floors, and gave me greater level of comfort in India. Worthwhile.

They worked well in hotel room and bathroom. I think I got a size a little larger than neededd, but they still stayed on. I wear 8 ½ so I will order smaller size next time. Easy to pack, didn't take up much room.

I recently purchaced these slippers for my husband and myself, they are pretty good. I was surprised at how sturdy they are, they should last a while. The only negitive is that the womans size 10 is mor like a 9-91/2 they are a little small but not enough to return. Over all I am pleased they travel well.

The ultra soles are light and airy and perfect for travel. I will use them on my way to Florida this year, perfect, thanks.

These shoes are perfect. Lightweight, easy to packe - Great for traveling and using in any shower situation. My husband and I will share them!

I really do love the Ultra Sole shoes. Perfect for the shower, the beach or just inside the home. The mess top part prevents toe irritation, while the sole is non-slip and thin enough to pose no problem packing for a trip! Wonderful idea. Comfortable, attractive, and great price. Couldn't be happier.

Useful in showers and maybe on airplanes

I ordered the ultra soles and they came as promised. They are thin and easily packed, they protect from athlete's foot and slipping in the shower too. They were right for the price. I will wear them around the house too, better than slippers.

I recieved my order and these are the best shower shoes I've ever had. Not only does the mesh front part keep the toes from being irritated by that annoying strap, but the elastic around the heel keeps them on snugly. Great for the shower, the beach or just wearing indoors like a houseshoe. I love them. And a great price too.

They are not as quick dry as advertised, but they are easy to pack, easy to wear, and never broke. I recommend these

A great find for the man with a shoe size of over 13. Non-slip and secure on the feet in the shower. My Dad is 82 years old and you all know the worries with falls at that age. He asked me to look for something easy to slip on his feet when taking a shower because pulling on a pair of shoes with a built in heel is to hard for him to do now. The Ultra Soles were the perfect find and they also have plenty of room width wise to handle wide feet. Many thanks!!!

These shoes may have saved my life in an Italian hotel bathroom that was tiled with the slipperiest tiles imaginable when wet! Well worth the low price and so packable!

The product has a good sole but it is a little cold on the airplane. I had to use an thick pair of socks to make it comfortable. It seems to come off easily and this makes it a hassle when you are sleeping and going up and down the aisle a lot. A pair of slippers is much better

Bought these for a six week tour of Europe this past spring(2008). Absolutely loved them No feet on the floor in hotel room, bathroom or shower. Dries very quickly when wet. Virtually no weight in travelbag. Discarded them after the trip. Just bought another pair for next srping's European trip - a must for trips when you need to travel light.

I really like Ultra Soles! These slippers are wonderful for the shower as well as the beach! I also used these as sandals whenever I walk around the pool. Great footwear.
