These are pretty much just like most if not all locks out there.

Lock does the trick.

Last time I did not use a lock and my luggage looked as though it was searched. This time I did lock my check-in luggage and both locks were intact (that doesn't mean they didn't look though). These locks, though small, worked as a deterrent for the casual thief with no combination to remember.

Thisl lock is strong enough to withstand Transatlantic travel, loading/reloading. It's key is small enough to fit in the wallet. Finally, a product that gives me comfort that the zipper on my luggage won't open accidentally, and it's somewhat protective against easy theft.

These locks are well made and provide that level of security we all need with our luggage when traveling. It is a comfort to know my locks won't be destroyed if the TSA decides to inspect my luggage.
