Caribbean

The Caribbean is a region of the Americas consisting of the Caribbean Sea, its islands and surrounding coasts. The 7000 islands and cays of the Caribbean are over 2500 miles long but none more than 160 miles wide at any given point. European history is reflected in many of these islands, not only by language but also by architecture and culture. Blessed with trade winds, beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters, tourism is the main industry.
