Our Insulin Cooling and Insulating Case makes it easy to travel with temperature-sensitive medicines.
No ice packs or refrigeration required! Simply immerse the inner pouch in cold water, dry it and go. Medications stay cool for more than two days. Just soak again in cold water to reactivate. Holds six vials with syringes or four insulin pens. (8¼ x 6¼ x ¼"; 2 oz)

The FRIO Large Insulin Cooling Case is designed so that diabetics can pack their medications and carry them without refrigeration when they travel. Lightweight and compact, it is re-usable and designed to keep insulin within acceptable temperature limits for several days before it needs to be reactivated.

• I took this with us to Europe, a long flight. It did not keep my meds very cool. Yes, I had soaked it well. I am decidedly unimpressed.

• We used the insulin cooling bag on a recent trip to Texas. It stayed cold for the four days we were traveling. It was great not having to try to get a freezer bag refrozen or to ask for a refrigerator in the motel. Best insulin bag yet!

• I originally bought a small one of these cooling cases and used it to travel with my daily probiotic pills that need refrigeration. It always worked very well for me on 2-3 week trips in Europe. However, I recently started taking two other probiotics that also need refrigeration so now that I need space to carry three types of pills I ordered the large cooling case. As yet I have not used the large case but I see no reason that it will not work as well as the small case.

• Do not put this into a plastic bag or it will not work. Follow the directions and it will serve you well especially on long flights. For re-soaking the liner when traveling I use a gallon size Zippy bag. A quality product that works as advertised. No more ice packs needed and no more begging for ice on long flights.

• This handy cooling case is exactly what I've been looking for. In the past I have had to pack an ice pack to take my husband's arthritis shots on vacation. I always worried that they might not stay cool enough if we didn't get to a fridge for a couple of days. This totally eliminates any worry. Just resoak and it's cold again!!!! Compact enough that it doesn't take up near as much room as the smallest cooler and ice packs. LOVE this item.

• It was wonderful and kept the insulin cold while traveling. So glad I broke down and ordered it.
I also used my Carry-On Bag for the 2nd time. I love it, but it doesn't really fit too well under the seat in front. I usually have an aisle seat and it does not fit, so my husband puts it under the middle seat. in front of him. Some planes are better than others, but it is disappointing that it won't fit. The seats are just getting more narrow!
