Comfortable Shaves; Super Compact Packaging, Airport Friendly

• Buff men use shaving oil for close, comfortable shaves. I tested this product as a solution to airport security regulations that make carrying shave foam impossible. I also have been working on reducing the volume and weight of what I take on month-long trips to Europe. This product is a fantastic find on all counts!

The container holds 1/2 fluid ounce of product and occupies a cylindrical space of less that 3 inches x 1 inch! What a space saver that is in comparison to a can of foam! To use the product, wash the face and leave wet. I use five drops of oil, rubbed over my finger tips, to cover my face and neck. The oil is composed of natural herb and nut oils and has a very mild but pleasant fragrance. I use a Sensor razor and it also has a glide strip to smooth out shaving. The two items work together to produce a shave that leaves my skin smooth, free from stubble and with a residual moistness after rinsing.

The maker claims the container is good for 100 shaves. I can't yet confirm that but it is good for many more than 30 shaves and that suits my purpose. As a bonus, there is no propellant and very little packaging to impact the environment. I think this is one of the best 'pack light' products Magellan has ever offered!

• This worked far better than I expected it to. It is so small that it's great for one-bag travel. I like it better than traditional foams or gels.

Shaving Oil

• I have used this product for over six years while traveling. The amount in the container is sufficient for many shaves and does not violate the TSA rules for liquids in bottles. With at least two overseas trips and numerous within the country I have not had TSA question the contents in my ditty kit. As for its intended use I have had no problems obtaining a clean shave and my face feels good after use. It is easy to use and I have not experienced any irritation after use.

Great for straight razors

• Ive been shaving with a straight razor for years now and have the hole setup with the badger brush, mug and gliserine soap, i started using this under my soap lather and it was made such a difference, the blade glides alot better even if i dont strop it that well, it smells great and it conditions my skin.
I will definitely continue to use this product as a part of my regular shaving routine!!

Takes some getting used to

• I have tried this product a few times and I can say I enjoy it. I have rather thick hair on my face though so I need to use more oil than the reccomended 5-7 drops. It won't last as long, but at the size of my thumb, it's nice and easy to pack.

• This shaving oil worked exceptionally well. It resulted in a smooth, close shave (though I could see how someone with a very heavy beard might have to use more drops than the recommended amount). Nonetheless, an excellent product. Highly recommended!

• I've always kept one of these as back up in my toiletry bag in case I run out of my travel size shaving gel while traveling.It's remarkably smooth for shaving and one needs very little but because its essentially clear one cannot see where one has shaved and this needs to be checked by feel which I find a little disconcerting.I still think this item belongs in every mans toilet bag.

• The product worked faily well. I needed more than the advertised 6/7 drops, but I have a heavy beard. I will continue to use it for travel (I travel a lot), due to the convienence, but would not use it at home. It is not as good as the gels that I normally use.

• I first purchased this product to have a small bottle for travel rather than a large shaving cream can. I discovered that it gave me the smoothest, closest shave I have ever had--and I shave my head as well as my face, and I began to use it every day. My wife tried it as well, and it is what she uses to shave her legs. It is the only shaving "cream" we use now, and we have been using it for at least three years. It is great stuff!

•   When I was about to travel, I ordered my first bottle of All Natural Shaving Oil because it would take up so little space. However, I found that it gave me the closest and smoothest shave I have ever had (I shave my head as well). My wife discovered it, and now she uses it to shave her legs. It is the only shaving "cream" we use now. This shaving oil is an outstanding product!

•   This stuff just works! Unless of course you confuse the amount of foam generated with efficacy; this does not foam, it just softens your beard and eases the razor's travel over your face. For best results, you need to use it all the time, not just when travelling, but even occasional use gives pretty good results.

•   This stuff is simply marvelous--even more so than the telephone salesperson said it would be. It eliminates the need for shaving creme altogether, although I still find the ritual of shaving soap and brush to be a soothing start to the day (and an easier way to keep the razor clean). My skin has never felt smoother than it has since I started using this shaving oil. It takes just three or four drops, and the feeling is genuinely refreshing.
