Polarized plug, but not over polarized like some are.

• I mainly wanted to review how great customer service was about this back ordered item., They sent emails regularly and when I needed to contact them I just needed to email "contact us" and I received a personal response in less than 24 hours and once even within the hour. They offered an alternative dryer but I really wanted this one. When it was delayed a second time they expedited shipping at no charge. I received the dryer yesterday and it works great! better than my full size one. With the dual voltage I'll feel safe using it in Europe. Customer service keep up the fantastic work!

• We always have 3 of these hair dryers. One for me, one for my husband, and one for traveling (and back-up just in case). I think we have been using this brand hair dryer for about 15 years, so were very happy to find it still available in your catalog. It is small and lightweight, but has lots of power. • We had seen this brand's compact hair dryer at hotels in many states and had always been pleased with its performance. We never could find one until Magellan's made it available. We jumped at the chance to get one and we haven't looked back! It's compact and it's powerful. It dries my wife's long hair fast and does mine in no time. We are so pleased with it that we use it as our main hair dryer at home as well as traveling. It does a superior job and takes up minimal room on the counter.

Excellent dryer (needs a little push with adaptor)

•   This is an excellent compact little dryer. I had trouble using it on my trip to West Africa because I couldn't get it to plug into the adaptor (Grounding Adaptor Plug D). Got quick response from Magellans that I need to push a bit harder (and not worry, it won't break). It was pretty tight but I got it in and it worked great! After a few times it loosened up. Thanks Magellans and hope that helps someone else.

My daughter took one look at it and wasn't impressed with the size, until she tried it and claimed that it was even better than the one she uses everyday! •   Bought this for recent trip to Italy. I am very disappointed because I was hoping the problem with the low setting not working on 250v had been fixed, but it remains--it must be how they manage the dual voltage. It is impossible to do any styling while drying on the high setting--it just blasts my short, fine hair to no style at all.

•   I loved this hair dryer, but two months after purchase it dropped on the ground (the hairdryer has no loop for hanging) and it hasn't worked since. Very disappointed in this lack of durability.

•   It is a very powerful blower, but it blows more than gives heat, which, unfortunately for my long, thick hair translates into longer drying time and more frizz. I think I may try selling this one and try the other model offered.

•   The high setting is very loud and windy, and it's the only setting available in 240-volt mode. Other than that, it seems to be an OK hair dryer.
