Made from the same hypoallergenic memory foam as full-sized therapeutic pillows, this travel pillow has a contoured design that lets you roll it into its compact case to use in-flight as a lumbar or neck pillow. And in your hotel room, you can use it full size in place of uncomfortable bed pillows that can cause neck strain. Cover is made of soft, machine washable microsuede. • I have a full size Memory Foam Contoured Pillow I use at home and was looking for something I could use on my weekly trips out of town. This was PERFECT! Same feel/use as home, half the size. The roll up case is great for packing for travel, but a bit too large in diameter for me to use on the airplane behind my neck. Easy to use if you are a "window" traveler. My family was fighting over it on our last vacation - guess who did NOT get to use it!

• This travel size memory foam pillow was perfect for snoozing on the airplane and in strange hotel rooms! In fact, it was first time in years I have slept 5 hrs straight on the plane and I didn't wake up with neck pain. It offered both the support and foam comfort I needed. I have fibromyalgia and never had a "relapse" on recent 10ni European trip.

• I use a Tempur-Pedic pillow at home as I have neck problems and never like the pillows that I slept on when I am on vacation. I took this pillow with me on our last vacation. At first I thought that it would be too narrow but it worked out fine with me. I really like it and it felt similar to my pillow at home. My husband used his pillow too and he liked it too. In the past, he would usually prop up two pillows to feel comfortable. Highly recommend them.

They did not work well rolled up on the plane- but un-rolled made excellent lumbar support while on the plane. $40 seemed pricy- but on a long trip was well worth the comfort while sleeping.
