Flexible; Easy to use

• Easy to blow up (remember to hold the nozzle tight to blow air in & let it out!). I found it helpful for sleeping sitting straight up, or for leaning against the wall in a window seat. My son also used it on his tray table (resting his head on it). It's a little hard to get it back in the small bag they provide--a larger bag would be better. (Test on receipt -- the initial one had a defective nozzle & wouldn't keep air in. Replacement worked well during my entire trip to UK & back.)

I Really Like This Pillow

• I've tried many neck pillows for use on airplanes and this one is my current favorite. My main objective is to keep my head from rolling one way or the other, and this Nook Pillow does the trick. This pillow really keeps my head in place and feels comfortable. It is easy and quick to inflate and deflate and does not take up much space when in its storage bag. I've used it on my last few plane trips and will continue to use it on future flights.

• I ordered this head supporting pillow for a trip next spring, but then had serious shoulder surgery and have had to sleep in a recliner for a few weeks. This pillow supports my head perfectly and keeps me from nodding off over onto the sore side. It's so much more comfortable than the regular neck pillows one sees for trips.

Uncomfortable, don't buy this product!

• A family member and I each bought this pillow for use on an international flight. It was very uncomfortable, did not offer any support, and mine would not stay inflated. I probably used mine for about an hour before giving up on it. These went right into the garbage can. Cannot recommend this product.

Underwhelmed by this product

• Used the pillow on a transatlantic flight but didn't find the pillow to be as good as it sounded. Couldn't seem to get it inflated to a level that was comfortable for me. Putting it back in its case is a chore. Pillow arrived shortly before my trip so I didn't have a chance to test it. Wiling to give it another try but will experiment with inflation level beforehand. Previously used Eagle Creek neck pillow which worked well.
