Finally! Sitting comfortably at meetings and in waiting rooms
By Kate H., GA in July, 2010

•   The folding foot rest has made an incredible difference in my comfort when I need to sit in a meeting or a waiting room for any length of time. I am only 5 feet tall, so the footrest effectively brings the floor up to a comfortable height for me. It's lightweight - I keep it in my car, and pop it into my purse whenever I think I'll need it. The only improvement I might make is to make it a little bit wider (from end to end), to allow more foot room, although that might add too much to the weight

  Just Right!
By Linda H., WV in June, 2010

•   I read some of the reviews on the products before I ordered and several mentioned that it was too small. I went ahead an ordered 2 of them, thinking one for each foot G. I took only one on a 2 week vacation, air and bus transportation and I LOVE IT!! Both feet fit and without them being close together. My shoes did hang over some (more comfortable) but it stayed in place just fine...I highly recommend this one. I only took one with me because of the limited space in the suitcase.

  YES YES YES!!!
By Ali H., NV in June, 2010

•   I'm a petite woman & I usually squish my purse under my feet when I fly so I can be comfortable. It works but is uneven & I broke a travel purfume once & stunk the whole plane :( I used the folding foot rest on my lastest 6 hour flight, & it was great! Folds easy, unfolds easy, plus small enough to slide into the tiny font pocket on my carry on. I could sit still & rest so much better with my legs bent properly so I could sit back. Highly recommend if your legs hurt on a flight.

  Not heavy at All
By Kim R., BC in May, 2010

•   I know there are some comments about weight, it does have to weigh something. I found the weight to be irrelevant I'm 5 feet and it's like carrying an older cannon camera by comparison. The benefits far await slipping one of these into your purse..

  Great little stool
By Mike H., CO in May, 2010

•   The stool is great way to relieve pressure on your legs during long flights. Specially for us folks with short legs. It folds up small enough to easliy fit in you carry on luggage. When open on the floor it leaves plenty to move things around if needed. Beats the tar out of having to rest your feet on your carry on.

  Not just for airplanes
By Elizabeth H., NY in May, 2010

•   I had been thinking of getting the Folding Foot Rest for some time, as I have a bad knee that appreciates stretching out. I used the foot rest at a three-day meeting where the chairs were just a bit too high, and I was much more comfortable than I would have been without it. Folded, the foot rest easily fits into my briefcase. I plan to use it regularly.

Folding stand serves more than one purpose!
By Robert M., FL in May, 2010

•   I use this neat little stand to elevate my portable DVD player on a plane. Keeps me from having to angle my neck down so much (uncomfortable). Stand sets up and locks in position. All in all it's very good. If I could change one thing, I'd put a non slip top and small rubber feet on it to help hold it in place, but a great little stand.

  reduce back pain
By diane t., CA in April, 2010

•   I suffer from back and sciatic pain and used the folding foot rest on a recent 6 hr. car trip. I propped my foot up which helped to alleviate much of the pain in my back and leg. I also used the foot rest during a 12 hr. flight to and from Japan, plus I sat on the self-inflating seat cushion (#IF754). I was able to walk normally after the flights (no limping) - even after sitting in a confined space for 12 hrs.

  great item!
By Carmelita M., CA in April, 2010

•   This is perfect for the airplane but it is also great for sitting at the computer. I have no more neck problems.

  great item!

•   bought this for travel but it works great at the computer. my neck pain is gone!!!

  Compact Foot Rest
By Donna S., CA in April, 2010

•   This foot rest works well. It is a little heavier then I would like and I wish it was just a bit wider. I have used it on two trips and it has worked well

  Execellent
By Pat C., CA in March, 2010

•   This was just what I was looking for. When I go to meetings it is the perfect thing for me to put my feet on. With this product I can then put my tablet, books, etc on my lap for reading and taking notes.
Thanks,
Pat C.

  Great foot rest
By Delsie F., WA in March, 2010

•   We just took a very long plane ride from Washington State to Florida this week. This folding foot rest was such a great relief for my legs. I have problems with putting pressure on the back of my legs, and this puts your feet up about 4 inches off the ground, taking off all the pressure. It was so great, I have a coworker who is very short and has trouble traveling also. I will defiinalely recommend this product to her.

Short legs? Increase your comfort on airplanes.
By Christine S., CO in March, 2010

•   I've bought several of these foot rests because, unfortunately, i've lost them more than once. This really makes a difference for me during flights, lifting my legs up just a few inches to reduce the pressure on my lower back. My only complaint is that i would prefer the rest was 4 inches wider.

  good idea
By Steph A., TX in March, 2010

•   sure helped me on a recent, long flight. However, I found it better to turn it length-wise. Regardless, more helpful than using my purse as a prop....

  eases leg pain
By E. S., CO in March, 2010

•   Due to my short stature, I usually experience knee, leg and back pain on long flights. This device truely did help. I was immediately more comfortable while using it. The only drawback is that sometimes it does slip around which can cause the legs to collapse.

  Best Travel Gear Ever!
By Linda C., NV in February, 2010

•   I recently took a trip to Ireland where I first tried this amazing product. I typically have horrendous hip pain after a long flight, but by having my feet up and my knees aligned with my hips I didn't suffer one bit. I even take it on short trips because it's so easy to fold up and take along. If you have any doubts about this item, toss them out the window & enjoy your pain free trip.

Best $25 I have ever spent!
By Gloria L., TX in February, 2010

•   I purchased one of these out of a SKyMall catalog years ago - I am 4"11"" and my sister and mother had vericose vein problems - I did not want to experience what they did - I take this everywhere - I use it at church, conferences, planes, etc. Now that I am over the big 50 it places my song book, bible, etc. like an extended arm would. The hardest part was to quit crossing my legs and after awhile now I don't have to. It is plastic so get it in place before the room gets quiet!

No more sore feet and legs!
By Toni J., CO in February, 2010

•   Bought two, one for my mom and of course I had to have one!! Just got back from a plane trip and put it in my purse and got it out after take off and I can not tell you the difference it made for me!! I love it and when people see it they love the idea and have never seen anything like that before!! I tell them Magellan's, you can have ont too!!

  great support
By Suzanne A., GA in January, 2010

•   This folding foot rest is easy to transport in a purse/shoulder bag on flights. Really helps us "shorter" people when flying. Immediately made me sit more comfortably in the seat when I started using it on a recent flight.

  Great
By Lynne L., US in January, 2010

•   LOVE IT I take it everywhere and anywhere I have to sit for extended periods.....especially helpful on airplanes

  Cheap Leg Extensions!
By Kim R., BC in January, 2010

The tall and short of it
By Linda D., BC in December, 2009

•   I'm tall, my traveling companion is short. This footrest suits us both. I can now relieve the pressure on my back and thighs during long flights, and her feet no longer dangle. We have retro-fitted the footrest with some non-slip material on the bottom of the two "legs" so that the footrest stays in place on smooth surfaces.

  Useful and compact
By S Y., IL in December, 2009

•   This foot rest is very compact, but does add some weight to your carry-on. It was useful on my recent 8 hr flight in coach, as I was able to change my foot and leg positions frequently. I even tried it with only one leg in the open position on the frame of the rest - the sloped position added yet another variation to the positioning of my feet. I would recommend it, but remember it is not really that lightweight.

Great for economy and first class, too
By Elizabeth T., NV in November, 2009

•   I actually use this more when I get upgraded to first class that in economy. The first class seats are so deep that my knees start to ache! Several people have asked about this footrest for themselves or someone they know.

  Helps sore back muscles
By Kathy H., KS in November, 2009

•   I have fibromyalgia and I'm always looking for something to make life a little more comfortable. This little foot rest helps take the pressure off my back. It's easy to carry from place to place in the heavy plastic zip-lock bag it came in. Recommended by The Fibromyalgia Network and I'm happy I took their advice and purchased this item.

  Added comfort
By Bob R., MD in November, 2009

•   My wife isn't very tall, 5'3", and used this on four flights this weekend and reported that it made a huge difference in her comfort.

  NIce footrest
By Eileen K., CA in November, 2009

•   This footrest is perfect for short people to have a much more comfortable flight. It folds nice and flat for transporting. The only slight drawback was it gets in the way of seat-persons in your row trying to get out. Oh, well. I wish I had bought it ages ago when I first saw it.

  Comfortable
By Merle H., HI in October, 2009

•   I haven't gone on my trip yet but I am using this at home when I sit at my desk. The foot rest allows my feet not just my toes to touch the "floor."

  Take the pressure off...
By Jan K., MD in September, 2009

•   Short legs, long trips with very little wiggle room...great for airline trips. My legs felt much better upon destination arrival. Folds to fit in VB purse or back pack. Don't let this one get away. Buy it now for future travel. You will be a very happy traveler.

  FABULOUS
By Becky B., OR in September, 2009

•   This is MORE than a foot rest. I use it in hotel rooms to put my travel makeup mirrors on. Depending on the mirror I am using, I set it length-wise or sideways and rest the travel mirror on top of it. Voila! the mirror is FINALLY high enough so I can SIT at the desk and put on my makeup! No more standing by windows holding my 10X mirror, while trying to handle both mirror and makeup, or slouching real low and hurting my back at a desk. Folds flat in suitcase.

Every short person needs this one!
By Sharon W., OR in August, 2009

•   If you rest your feet on your carry-on luggage when flying, then this is the product for you. I'm 5'-2" and this well-designed high-quality foot rest is perfect for travel. It folds easily but stays open when you want it to. I only wish it came in its own travel bag so I didn't have to worry about getting my other things dirty when stowing it in my luggage. I use a grocery bag until I get around to sewing up something....

  Bought for my mother
By JL B., WA in August, 2009

•   I have used a folding foot stool for over 30 years and my whole family wanted one. I ordered this one for my mom who is in her mid-80's. For the first time in YEARS, she was able to sit all day at a conference and still walk easily to the dining room. Plus, it fits in her purse for all occasions.

  Won't Travel without it
By Ginny M., FL in August, 2009

•   This little footrest not only provides a floor that your feet can reach, it also gives you the little lift that allows you to exercise your feet and legs during the flight to keep everything happy. And it is so convenient and easy to carry, I've bought them for several friends who travel.

a little foot rest goes a long way
By sherry s., OR in August, 2009

•   I am short and have grown tired of using different items to prop under my feet at the movies, in restaurants, and most especially, when flying on red eyes cross country. This collapsible foot rest is compact enough to fit in my purse. When my aunt, whose feet are definitely bigger than mine, heard me talking about it, she said she wished she could have one to rest just one foot on during card games. I bought her one and she , too, is thrilled with it. A great product!

Good idea, but not wide enough
By Jeanne D., FL in August, 2009

•   I've used this on long flights and at my desk, but it's very frustrating to have to keep my feet in one position or have them slip off the sides. How many people actually sit with their feet wedged together as in the photo? I don't. The surface needs to be a couple of inches wider. It's also heavy for a travel item.

  What comfort!
By Evelyn L., NY in July, 2009

•   This product has changed my life. I used to be uncomfortable when I attended conferences because my feet never reached the floor when I sat for extended periods of time. Now I can sit in comfort and my back dose not hurt the next day. Great invention.

  Too convenient to do without
By Christina H., MD in July, 2009

•   At 5'2" many seats are too high to sit comfortably in for long periods. This compact, easy to carry foot rest made an incredible difference in my comfort level on recent 14-hour flights.

  love my foot rest
By s k., CA in July, 2009

•   I'm 5' tall and started having problems sitting without my back or butt bothering me. I tried the foot rest on a 3 hour flight and it worked well. I'm hoping it'll do as well on a long flight. It's compact and fit easily in my purse.

Tired of pain from feet dangling above aircraft floor ?
By Gary B., OH in July, 2009

•   It's quite uncomfortable to have the edge of the seat cusion digging into the backside of the knee for those who are shorter than the "average person" aircraft seats are designed for, particularly on long flights. Unfold one of these and "raise the floor to meet your feet". Downside is they are a bit heavy in carry on baggage.

  Comfortable at last
By Jennifer H., BC in June, 2009

•   I am 5'2" and am rarely comfortable on ANY seat as they are all made for tall people. I bought this for the plane but use it everywhere, at the dining table, my desk and flying. I can now stretch my legs out on the plane and have my feet supported without straining my back.I just bought a second one so I can have one in my office too.Wonderful!

  Folding Foot Rest
By Patty T., KS in May, 2009

•   Great product for us short legged people. I actually started using it before my vacation when sitting on the futon. Stays open when it should and folds fast and easy when ready to go. Folds flat to slip in bag, purse or pocket.

  Folding Travel Foot Rest
By Celia M., AZ in April, 2009

•   The best investment for anyone with short legs on long-haul flights to Europe and beyond. I have had it for a year now and do not travel without it. My problem is the coach seats hit behind my knees and this causes discomfort and ankle swelling. Easy to pack and well worth the money!

  Fabulous --- Multipurposed
By Debrah N., KY in April, 2009

•   I love how solid it is build and the fact that it is very easily collapsible. I purchased this to use both on the airplane as well as those times when I am struggling with a tummy ache in the bathroom. Very helpful

  Great for shorties!

•   Great product!!Especially for short-legged people!

  Folding Foot Rest
By Anonymous in April, 2009

•   I'm using the Foot Rest while surfing the "net". It has made the difference between cutting off circulation on back of both legs to not! Have been looking for something like this for years! It will definitely be part of my travelling as well.

  Very Helpful!
By Debbie M., IL in March, 2009

•   I have short legs so sitting on an airplane for many hours is uncomfortable. This was very helpful, and propping my feet up felt grate. It folds up flat and slips into a carry on or purse very easily.

Now I can sleep on planes!
By Beth G., NC in February, 2009

•   As a short woman my feet never reached the floor on airplanes so that I would be miserable, especially on overnight flights to Europe. This small folding footrest has changed that. It easily fits in my carry on or large purse, and once I have it beneath my feet I have comfort I never had. And I can even sleep on those long flights because my legs are supported. This is the absolute best travel accessory I've ever purchased.

  No Swollen Ankles
By Mary N., WA in February, 2009

•   I purchased this footrest for a long-haul flight, 5.5 hours, Seattle-New York, connecting to DC. My previous flight to L.A., 2,5 hours had resulted in swollen feet and ankles. I'm happy to report that there was no swelling of any kind with the combo of support knee highs (also Magellan) and this footrest. Can't wait to try it out to Europe this summer. It fit into my carry-on easily. Only problem was seat mates knocking it over when going to the restroom.

  great for us shorties!
By Tracy O., WA in February, 2009

•   I am 5'4", which is not real short, but I always have problems staying upright in my seat. This foot rest brings the ground up to me and I can keep from sliding down in my seat. it is compact and not too heavy. it is very sturdy - I even use it at home. great buy!!

  It's just what I needed!
By Belinda L., NM in February, 2009

•   I am completely satisfied with my foot rest - I wouldn't change a thing. It's compact, easy to open & close, lightweight and yet sturdy enough that I don't worry about it breaking.

  Must have for short legs
By Anonymous in January, 2009

•   I always have a problem with the circulation in my legs when traveling and this handy item proved the perfect solution. It is easy to pack, folds out quickly and is the perfect size for those like me with short legs. I got one for my equally petite Mom for Christmas and she uses it while sitting at her desk on the computer or sewing. Great item!

  Helpful for bus tours
By Anonymous in January, 2009

•   I carefully read reviews before deciding to purchase this footrest. I knew that there would be pros and cons. True, the footrest is a bit heavy and my carry-on backback by itself works as well for a footrest on a plane as this product. Where I found the folding footrest especially helpful, were the many hours we spent on the bus touring. Their fold-down footrests didn't always work, and it was very helpful to have my own footrest handy. The footrest stayed on the bus. No extra weight to carry.

  Ummmmmm Wonderful!
By Victoria B., CT in November, 2008

•   I purchased this foot rest to take with me on a trip .... now I carry it from room to room, use it daily at my desk as I work and wouldn't think of getting on a plane without it. I was always uncomfortable with the pressure on the back of my legs that sitting caused, now I can sit and work for hours uninterrupted! YEA!!! This is a great product and I highly recommend it for anyone who travels or has any problem with leg discomfort while sitting.

  Shorties rejoice!

•   I'm a five foot tall road warrior, on a plane to somewhere every week. This product has made plane travel comfortable for me, for the first time ever! It fits in my purse and I never leave home without it. I'm back to order one as a birthday present for a girlfriend.

By Hadley M., NC in October, 2008
•   I purchased this for sitting anywhere due to circulation problems and being short. I have already given away 2 and am ordering more plus referring others to your site. This product is literally helping to prolong my life.

By Patsy W., TX in October, 2008
•   This is the best thing I have ever had. My legs are short and do not reach the floor when sitting. I have owned 2 and I am about to order another one.

By Anonymous in October, 2008
•   The foot rest is "just what the doctor ordered." I had purchased one for myself and this 2nd one was a gift for someone who really needed it for a medical problem.

By Anonymous in October, 2008
•   Loved it! Took a 14 hr flight to & another from korea to JFK (coach). Couldn't have done it without this foot rest. You feel the lack of strain on your lower back!!! I'm 5'4" and it was definately helpful. Yes the platform is a bit small and it's heavy for it's size but I stood on it to get out of my center seat and over the aisle passenger who was sleeping and it didn't break!! I definately got some giggles when I whipped it out of my carry-on but it was worth it!!!!

By Mary Jo W., AE in September, 2008
•   I can't travel without this foot rest because I'm short. It takes the pressure off the back of my legs. I also use it at all-day meetings and locations where the seats aren't comfortable. It's a lifesaver in keeping your feet and legs from swelling. My sister told me about it, and I've told friends. It slips right in your luggage or purse. Awesome little invention.

By Lisa O., CA in September, 2008
•   I bought this foot rest for the long flight from LA to Amsterdam. It worked very well. I carried it onto the plane inside my underseat bag. Folded in the bag, it took up about the same space and weight as a shorter-length novel. When the discomfort that is airline travel began to get to me, I whipped it out, popped it in place, and voila. Much more comfortable. It may slide a little if you don't have it in just the right spot, but don't get discouraged; just keep moving it a little.

By Donna P., CO in September, 2008
•   I like my legs to be level when I sit so I keep it with me! I love it and everyone asks where I got it.

By Eva T., GA in September, 2008
•   I've always been uncomfortable on planes, especially on long flights, because my feet could never reach the floor. This little product is the perfect solution for anybody who's "vertically challenged"! It's solid, yet lightweight, and because of the ingenious way it's constructed, it can't collapse or wobble. On my last flight it got passed around a bit, because everybody wanted to see it. This is one of the best travel products I've ever purchased.

By Anonymous in September, 2008
•   I love this foot step. I was given one and have that in my office. I bought another and I keep that in the car so I can have it to use when I go to the movies or have to sit for a long period of time. Helps my back alot!

By Anonymous in September, 2008
•   This gadget is not wide enough and forces you to put your legs in only one position. If it were wider, it would be much more practical and effective.

By Anonymous in August, 2008
•   An excellent product! Great for helping the back.

•   This foot stool is great! I got mine about 20 years ago, and use it every week at church. People keep asking me where I got it, and I'm thrilled to find it available again here!

•   This has been a lifesaver for meetings and conferences and any time I have to sit in a chair made for the average person for more than 30 minutes. I keep it with me all the time and when I get that pull in the small of my back, I pull it out for instant relief.

By CA
•   This is a life-saver! I not only use it for air travel, but any time I attend a lecture, conference, etc, where I will be sitting for long periods. I love, love, love it!

By Barbara T., AZ
•   I'm returning this item. It is well made - no complaints there. I found it fell over, caught on my underseat bag, and was generally difficult to manage in a cramped seat space.

By Anonymous
•   This looked so small when it arrived, but I soon found out how beneficial it is on airplanes, especially on long, overnight flights. At only 5'2" my feet do not reach the floor, but with the foot rest I get good support which is not only more comfortable, but I'm able to sleep. This is the best travel accessory I've ever bought

By Anonymous
•   I have used this handy gadget for years. In fact I had one go missing and replaced it right away. It is sturdy and holds up well to travel. At first it seems a bit heavy to carry but worth every ounce. I have serious back problems and this makes it so I can travel.

By Anonymous
•   Many people have asked where I purchased this when they see me use this on the plane. It's made the long trip comfortable but wish it was a but lighter. Granted it is compact.

•   I've used the folding foot rest for the past year for monthly cross-country air travel. This item, along with the inflatable seat rest (IF754) and a back cushion take all the stress out of my lower back. The foot stool is a bit heavier than I'd imagined, but it folds up nicely. I highly recommend

•   I have one of these at the office (for sitting in conference chairs) and one at home (for meetings) and other short women ask me enviously where I found it. It's ingenious design folds flat to a small notebook size object when you turn it over.

•   I love this product! I am five foot two, and have arthritis and osteoporosis. After even a short flight I would suffer severe pain in one knee and hip. I realize we can't make any medical claims, but I now have no more pain when I fly. Thank you!

By Anonymous
•   This arrived just as I was packing to leave and it was a lifesaver! No more pressure on the backs of my thighs. I was able to sleep confortably. I even used it in the airport between flights as a footstool. My legs are average length and it was fantastic!

By Anonymous
•   This is the greatest little foot rest.I keep one at work and one in the car.The comfort it affords also helps me be a better listener during lectures since I am not constantly being distracted by trying to get comfortable. Also, since my knees are raised four inches, I can more easily use my lap as a resting place for note taking. It's also an ice breaker for meeting new people;it's so nifty people just have to ask about it!

By Anonymous
•   I love this footrest! It has been around the world with me several time and has withstood the test of eight years of steady use. It is a total lifesaver on airplanes, at the theater, and in business meetings. No more leg or back pain from the floor being too low.

•   After travelling internationally for 20 years (and enduring the 21 hour flight from Melbourne to London) i have found that your day pack under your feet works just as well.......less is better, always. Thanks for a great site and interesting information. Cheers, Diana

•   Every woman who isn't a 6' fashion model should have this. It made a big difference on my last overnight flight - with this & a pair of support stockings, my legs didn't get cramped & sore the way they usually do. In the past, I used my flight bag as a foot rest with limited success, but this works perfectly because it's so sturdy. It hardly takes up any room in your flight bag and fits right under the seat when open for when you leave your seat.

By Anonymous
•   I have been using the folding foot rest for 3 years. I use it on planes, in theaters, restaurants and many other places. It really helps my back because my knees are raised. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

•   I love it and can't fly without it! If you leave it in the seat pocket you'll be sorry.

•   I LOVE these foot rests! They are so lightweight and easy to carry - they easily slide into the outside pocket of my carryon! I'm very short, so the footrests are perfect for elevating my feet. I also use two, so I can keep my feet apart. The footrests are also perfect for the concert hall - orchestra concerts can be very long, and oftentimes, the seats are slightly too high for me, so the footrests help elevate my feet. I actually have two sets: one set which I keep in with my carryon, and one set which I keep in my car, so I can bring them with me whenever I go to the opera or wherever I need them. These foot rests are a great invention!

•   I love this little footstool! I bought it this year for a flight to Barcelona and it was very compact, strong, and most of all comfortable, for positioning my feet during the long flight. Now I'll never fly without it!

•   I never fly overseas without this foot rest. If you are short, this clever contraption is ideal for any seats that are too tall. I also use it during a long meeting to keep my legs and feet more comfortable. I don't even think you'd have to be short to appreciate the comfort this provides while sitting for long periods of time. It stays put and only collpases when you want it to; then it flattens out to store easily in luggage or purse. Love it!

•   I purchased this for sitting in regular chairs at church, meetings, etc. It has been a lifesaver as my legs are too short to total touch the ground and my legs became achy after a while. This has made all the difference and I carry it everywhere I go in my purse, great job, I highly recommend it!!

•   It works! I was comfortable both awake and asleep on a recent trip to Australia and have just recommended the foot rest to two friends who also have short legs.

•   My folding foot rest has gone on trips with me to Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, and US flight 4 hours or longer and even some business meetings. Although I get some inquisitive looks, it has made a HUGE difference in my comfort level. It is sometimes difficult to use in economy class of international trips when the people in front recline (it would cause your knees to be hit) but it still an excellent purchase.

•   This is the first travel item I pull out when preparing to travel. The difference it makes in how I feel on arrival at my destination is amazing. No more leg cramps. A must for all the short people of the world.

•   This is the most amazing little gadget! I use it for air travel & at work. I get comments & questions about it all the time. I had imagined something like this, & was so glad when I discovered it a couple of years ago. THANK YOU, MAGELLAN'S!

•   Use to get stop in security, they had never seen anything like it. It is great! I even use it when in the airport waiting on a plane. When asked about it everyone is so impressed. It is the first thing in my carry on.

•   I am 5'7" tall but have short legs. With a family history of phlebitis, I am extremely conscious of the dangers of blood clots and have used this little footrest for over 5 years to guard against problems.

•   I have used this foot-rest for at least 8 years and cannot be without it. Besides airline economy travel, I also use it for the theatre. Anyone under 5'2" should have one.

•   This is a lifesaver. I am very petite and my legs cramp up when they're left hanging in airplanes, most of which now have no fold-down footrests! This product is very light and packable, and never posed any security check problem for me.

•   This is a perfect size to carry in a handbag. I keep one in my car's glovebox at all times. Very useful for those long dinners at restaurants and for going to the movies - and of course travel. Now my legs don't start to fall asleep! I'm 4'10" tall and I can almost never touch the ground in a "regular" chair. This is a legsaver.

•   Unfortunately this product is useless for planes. It is not stable and continually falls over whenever you move--and then try bending down to retrieve it from under the seat in front of you! I find that resting my feet on my three quarters-filled backpack, placed under the seat in front of me, works far better.

  Just Right!
