I have used eyeshades for decades. These are nice because the material is soft and comfortable and the recession for the eyelids and lashes is pretty good. But a little deeper recession would make them even better.

Uncomfortable Eye shade

The adjustment in the back of the elastic means your head is lying on the adjuster when you put your head back, and I thought the eye shade got uncomfortably hot. It did keep out the light.

As a night shift worker sleeping without a eye shade is out of the question. I have had eye shades before and this one of the best that I have used. The only improvement that I could suggest is to make the strap out of a softer material as it a little rough on the back of the ears.

Reading the product description and favorable user reviews gave me the confidence to order not one but two pair of Comfort Eye Shades. I was not disappointed.

This is one of the few Eye Shades that actually block out light. I think the contour design is the key. Finally a good nights sleep !!!

Eagle Creek has improved this product (so far). They are softer and seem to be made better. The older version I owned came apart, through no fault of mine. In my quest for the perfect Eye Shades, I am going to try the ones sold here that supposedly enhance REM sleep (I forget their name).

The contoured eye depression is not as deep as I'd hoped. I guess it's better than some but not the best I've used.

An improved version of an Eagle Creek eye mask I have been wearing, it is softer, fleecier, and slightly thicker, yet so lightweight it feels barely there. Fully adjustable, it is the most comfortable eye mask I have ever worn. I will never buy a drugstore eye mask again. I have already ordered several of these so I will always have a clean one without handwashing as often, and an extra to leave in my carryon. My eyes are very sensitive to light, and the Comfort Eye Shade provides the luxury of wraparound darkness on a sunny afternoon.

This shade makes me sweat since it is made out of material that doesn't breathe. I'll go back to regular fabric ones.
