  Permethrin - Insect repellant
By Anita T., NY in July, 2009

•   The product once applied is invisible and odorless! It works great! My husband and I went on a few game drives and 2 very long bush walks (1 in late afternoon, when insects are more active) and we were not bother by any insects not even flies! Thank you! using Permethrin gave us peace of mind.

  Good alternative to commercial treatments

•   Quite useful for treating socks and lower pants legs. Also spraying hat seems to help ward off insects. It has been very useful to combat mosquitos during the evening hours in Africa. Rather expensive to treat full sets of clothing.

  No mosquitos

•   Dont know if the permethrin was responsible but we did not get a single mosquito bite while in the Amazon Jungle. It was easy to apply and did go a long way. it covered 2 outfits for me and one for my husband, including the socks. There was no visible residue or discoloration or smell. Well worth the investment.

•   I bought this spray at the recommendation of my travel clinic & used it on my trip to Haiti with total success. I also sprayed all of my grandson's clothes before his wilderness trip to the Boundry Waters area. On his return he told me that each evening all the other kids would have dozens of ticks & he would have one. It's also not in any way offensive to use-not smelly or sticky. I highly recommend this product.
