Suspicious of hotel bedding? DreamSack is peace of mind in 100% silk. Those hotel sheets may look clean, but you're wise to be wary. Best bet: Pack a soft, luxurious DreamSack in your bag (it stuffs into its own 8 x 4 x 1" pouch). Silk keeps you cool and dry in the summer, and warm when it's cold. Has a built-in pocket for a pillow, and a side opening that closes with tab fasteners. Machine washable, quick-drying. (93" long x 42" wide; 7 oz)

sleep sack for peace of mind
By Carrie M., CA in August, 2010

•   I sprayed my silk sack with Sawyer's premethrin (insect repellent) for a month-long trip to Africa. On a couple of occasions when the mosquito net was too dusty to use, I stayed in the sack and felt protected. It also provided cool coverage when it was too hot for PJs.

  Love it when traveling
By Carolyn R., IT in March, 2010

•   I travel often in Russia, Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia, staying in often grubby camps and places where the sheets that are given don't cover the whole mattress, leaving parts of the filthy mattress sticking out on both sides. I don't know how would have survived without the dreamsack! It's great to take with me everywhere I go, and know I can be inside my own clean sack.

  Less work for my daughters
By sandra m., IN in March, 2010

•   I love the new extra wide dreamsack - I use it visiting my daughters so now they do not have to do laundry after I leave, and it's easy to turn over when you have silk under and above you!

  Good value

•   Have only used this once, so far. I was uncertain about the concept, but it was great and is so compact.

  Luxurious, but scratchy
By Margaret M., AR in February, 2010

•   I stay in hotels frequently for business and thought the Dreamsack would make a great addition to my travel supplies; especially since I have allergies and I never know about the bedding in the rooms. It feels wonderful, very light (which takes some getting used to). The only thing I find "off" about this product is the velcro closures. I don't "lock" myself into the sack and catch my skin or jammies on the gripper tape. Silk and gripper tape just isn't right

  Loved this item!

•   I just came back from a two week tour of England and Ireland involving many different hotels/B & Bs. I never had to worry about the cleanliness of the duvets while I slept. I was comfortable and confident that I could get a great night's sleep!

Not just for business! Our Marines and Soldiers swear by these!
By Jan P., WI in December, 2008

•   I bought one of these 2 years ago for my Marine son, after reading thatour guys were finding these invaluable. As it was said in another review, it can slipped into a sleeping bag, and when you literally have to sleep with your boots on, the easily washed, and air dryed bag is the only sure way to know that you'll be sleeping in clean comfort where the closest shower or washing machine is sometimes hundreds of miles away, (or feels like it is)

Secure sleeping in your own dreamsack !
By Mildred H., WV in November, 2008

•   Excellent travel item. Packs very easily & light into it's own pouch. When on vacation, I love the idea of sliding into bed knowing that my sheets are clean , they are my own & smell like home. I am going to buy one for my niece who travels a lot with her college crew team.

•   I love it. Won't travel again with out it. I took it on my most recent trip to Brazil.. The sleep sack kept me cool on the hot and sticky nights and warm when it was rainy and cold. I won't comment on my accommodations but, they ranged from 4 to 1 star, and having my sleep sack helped me sleep more sound knowing the snakes, spiders and other large multi-legged creatures may be just inches away. ):)

•   Works like a dream. Took it with me into the hostels and felt like I was in a 5 star hotel because it was so soft. I was also able to sleep well without worry about dirty sheets when others in my party were worry about the bed bugs. I also owned a 'dreamsack' made of polyester and it was awful because it wasn't breathable, and you would wake up in a sweat! So its worth the extra cost for this one!

•   For my Sail Boat " The Dream Sack "is a necessity. Especially when we race to Puerto Vallarta from Marina del Rey California. The Dream Sack slides in to a Sleeping Bag, making it extra warm and compy ( a little luxury) ! Then, while cruising Mexico, it is light, breathable, just right for humid nights;. and at anchor, where you can't even attempt to wash regular sheets,' Dream Sack' washes in the sink, and looks pretty drying in a snap on the life-lines!!!

•   It may seem like a luxury, but once you've used it, I'm pretty sure it will become a staple of your travel packing-list.

•   Used mine for the first time on a biz trip this past week and it worked great! The peace of mind was great and reassuring. Love the pillow sack built in it.

I'm 5 ft 6 in and normal weight, so I ordered the regular size version and while I had plenty of room once I was inside, it took a bit of wiggling to get in without opening the velcro closures on the side. Since my 10-year old daughter wants one, I'm going to give this to her and order the larger size before my next trip.

Definitely worth the price!!!

•   I did get twisted up in mine a couple nights but most nights I was fine.

•   I got the extra wide one, which was only $10 more. I have only 2 complaints. I wish the side opening would open all the way down to the bottom (instead of halfway down) so it's easier to get in and out. Plus, I don't care for the velcro fastenings, which tend to get stuck to my PJs. Otherwise, the Dreamsack is an excellent product overall. It is very luxurious and I love the fact that it is so compact and easy to clean.

•   Very comfortable and soft, but better when you're not trying to keep a pillow in the pillow pouch. My pillow kept slipping down. Other than that, very comfy and smooth to the touch.

•   I bought this dream sack two years ago for a trip to Africa and I did not like it at all. It wrapped around me like a cocoon and I never could get it to just straigten out like a regular sheet. I won't be using it ever again, very claustrophobic. No thanks!
