best belt

• This is the best money belt ever. It goes through metal detectors, and is not noticed by anyone. It is fully functional as a regular belt as well as keeping your cash safe. This doesn't have the capacity of larger belts, but it is definately a better product. This belt does not cause any discomfort, or sweating that an ordinary money belt does.

Nice travel money belt with one small quirk

• Bought the belt because it's all plastic, so TSA should be happy. Works well, good value for the dollar. Seems well made. But here's the quirk: the "hidden" money compartment zipper pull tab hangs below the edge of the belt unless you remember to tuck it up behind the belt everytime. So either trim it back or cut ti off. Other than that, it's a good deal.

• So nice to go through airport security fully dressed (well, barefooted and fully dressed) with one's money safely along for the walk instead of disappearing into an X-ray and available to others before being reclaimed!

• It was a pleasure to have this belt when going through airport security this trip. No need to disrobe, or to have one's cash at risk. Allowed him to proceed quickly while she and her metal knee were being patted down.

•   I have never had a money belt prior to this one. It was comfortable. It zoomed through air port security. I also found it to be reliable in transporting a moderate amount of money on and off the flight ,hotel, eateries and tourist spots. One question, could it be made wider so the currency did not have to be placed singly and folded so small? I have to unfold certain bills to check their denominations.

•   I own two of these belts and have constantly used them for years. Both buckles remain unbroken and show no signs of ever breaking. They are great for travel and daily use.

•   I purchased this for my trip to Europe next month and altered the belt based on the comments that people had made. I went to the Costa Mesa swapmeet and had the plastic buckle cut off and replaced with a metal buckle, and the lady threw in the metal end to clasp on the other side of the belt. You can buy the metal buckle in any mall as well. It looks more like a "real" belt, is sturdier, and will last me through my travels and beyond.

•   I've worn the Eagle Creek belt many times and have never broken a buckle. It is the feature I like best -- oh yes, and it hides money.

•   I have worn this belt almost every day for the past year, travelled all over the country with it and have had no problems. The buckle is working fine. The only thing I would like is for the zippered compartment to be about 1cm longer, so 3 sets of folded bills could fit without overlapping. But it's great; I'm ordering one in another color.

•   Bought one of these for my trip to S.E Asia and really love it. I did cut the part of the zipper that dangles down so it would be flatter and more concealed but no one can tell this is a money belt. Also there is no way to get at the money unless they take the whole belt. Most money belts are leather and that's what they look for. I use this as my regular belt now as it's very comfortable and adjustable.

•   I also like the Eagle Creek All Terrain Money Belt, but after wearing it for a month in Europe it also broke. I would love to have another one, as it was very comfortable and easy to get thru the airports. If it becomes improved, I would buy another one. Love all your other products, including my jacket. •   I've used several of these belts for years and the only time I had a buckle break was when I stepped on one with my shoe. I think they are great!

•   I've been using one of these for years as a regular belt with jeans. It's nice to have a little bit of cash available in an emergency. The only downside to them is that the plastic buckle eventually breaks where it pivots - I get about 2 years out of one of these, and then it dies and I buy another. Not a bad deal for the money.

•   Great belt except for the plastic buckle. Have done 3 trips in nine months and it broke. Belt is more comfortable than the other money belts available, according to my husband. Would be nice if there was a warranty until the product can be improved.
