• I thought this jacket would be heavier but it is fine for California. I'm not sure how it would do any where else. I wanted it for Canada in the early Fall but I don't think it will work. I have worn it many times at home. It fits great and is just the right weight for Southern California in late Winter/early Spring.

• The styling and color (purple) of this jacket were great, it just didn't fit. I ordered the Large and it was huge. I exchanged it for a Medium, and it was too tight in the chest. I returned them both, and Magellan's received them eleven days ago and the refund still hasn't been credited to my charge card. I emailed Magellan's and they said it could take between 2-4 weeks for my credit to appear. That is totally unsatisfactory to me, I'll never purchase from Magellan's again.

• I wanted this jacket to be just what the ad said -- take me everywhere from day trips, to museums, to dinner. It simply did not fit and looked bulky and frumpy. I had to return it.

• I paid full price for this and expected better but waited too late to return it. It is starting to pill and the threads and pulling. I wear this on my 20 min. ride to work and some shopping, nothing that should stress it. It's a pretty design but I'm disappointed. I also don't like the little pocket on the left side of the coat. Left side? Really?

• I ordered the black jacket. I find the quilting to be a bit on the dressy side, more so than the standard diamond pattern quilting on jackets. I live out in the country and because of this I have not worn it yet but it is very comfortable and a perfect fit. If you live in town it would be a great everyday jacket. A bit too much for me to wear out to the rural mailbox. i am saving it for special occasion.

• Very lightweight. I bought it in black, and the fabric didn't hold dust or hair. It was a good weight for our trip to Turkey, Sept 22 - Oct 9. I layered a sweater beneath it on cool nights when we ate dinner outside and added a scarf and gloves for our 5am pickup for the balloon ride in Cappadoccia. I'm not the first person to get cold and the coat kept me comfortable in early fall weather, but I don't think it will last long into winter. My trip didn't test its wind or rain resistance. I'll add another comment once the cold/wet weather sets in here.
