Really works! Invaluable for super hot days!
By Bonnie M., CA in September, 2011

•   Bought this for a painting trip to a remote area of Italy. Unseasonable hot temps in the 90's and 100's and no air conditioning made it fatiguing and hard to think. This little device, known in some parts as an "Aussie Cooler" cools by evaporation and, resting on the neck, specifically cools the blood flowing to the brain. Not only a relief but a postively refreshing and revitalizing little item. Small size makes it very packable. Only drawback (and reason for four instead of five stars) is that the gel, which swells when soaked, did not dry out quickly and was still swollen and a bit damp after four days of drying before my return flight. However, I'll pack this item every time, and probably use it home in LA for hiking/long walks in the heat. Highly recommended.

  Surprisingly cool

•   This bandana is simple with expanding material inside that absorbs water of any temperature--room table or refrigerator. These products cool partly by their lower temperature and by evaporation from your skin. Well worth the price and the best of its type I have used.

  kept me cool in NYC.
By Wanita R., MN in August, 2011

•   Took my bandana to NYC this summer. It was great, especially when I could rinse it out in cold water through out the day. I liked it so much, i bought two more of different colors to wear at home or traveling. My children wanted to know why I was wearing a tie. Maybe it should have an option of accessorizing with feminine article such as a big fake diamond.

  Cool at the horse show
By Angela P., ON in July, 2011

•   I purchased 5 Neck Bandoos for myself and my friends to wear at the horse shows this summer. Standing, riding and working around the horses is hot, dry work and these cool bandoos kept us calm, cool and collected...so much so, that I will be purchasing more. I had so many people asking where they came from...thanks, Magellan!

•   The bandoo does live up to its claims as much as you would expect for the price. Nothing can keep you cool in the hot humid south, but this helps. I bought 3, one for me and each of the women I walk with. We think they help and it's very attractive on the lady with the long neck. I will definitely pack it the next time I travel to a warm destination.

  It was ok

•   I got one in red. Maybe I soaked it too long in the beginning, the color did fade on my collar for the first use. This Neck Bendoo did keep me cool but when the weather gets really hot, the coolness did not last. I took this to a trip to Egypt in the summer, I would said that it kept me cool for 20 minutes and later on it was warmed up by the out door temperature and my body heat so I had to take it off. On the plus side, the red one is a very good match to all my cloths.

  Neck Bandoo

•   Orenda Aerospace is sending Cheer Boxes to our Canadian Soldiers in Afghanistan and the soldiers put these Neck Bandoo's on their list of items they would like. We searched some of our stores for them and when I found them on the Magellan site I was thrilled.
Our soldiers will love them as it is very hot in Afghanistan this time of the year and will keep them cool as they go about their job.
Thank you Heather
