We combined our expertise with your feedback to create the best multi-pocket convertible jacket/vest you've ever owned. Magellan's design. When it comes to a functional, easy-packing travel jacket for men that's as stylish as it is practical, it's all in the details. We labored over every aspect of our Voyager Convertible Jacket to get each feature just right. Then, with your input, we constructed 12 convenient pockets (that you'll actually use!), and positioned them for easy access and a bulk-free silhouette. Perfect for all your travel activities, the Voyager carries your iPad®, phone, guidebook, maps, compact camera, water, umbrella, and a multitude of other necessities, completely hands-free. Invisible zippered side seam gussets expand for a comfortable fit over a sweater or to accommodate fully loaded pockets, and when the day warms up, you can zip off the sleeves, stash them in a pocket, and wear the jacket as a vest. At the airport, it's also a stylish solution to carry-on restrictions. Just load up the pockets and send it through X-ray screening - it's like having an extra carry-on bag! Made of water-resistant 100% polyester twill with a two-way zipper and storm flap, adjustable snap-tab cuffs, and polyester lining. Machine washable.

  Dissapointed

•   Very dissapointed. Had no secure pockets on the out side. Was not roomy. The material quality was fair. I returned it

  Poor craftmanship

•   I purchased my voyager jacket/vest a couple months back. I love it, with reservations.
There appears to be shoddy workmanship in the manufacturing process of this produst.
Both zipper pulls on the outside pockets have come oiff with very litttle effort. Ohe even fell off just being there touched a few times, used just once or twice and this happened.
There are many loose threads that are not propwerly finished - just left dangling. If they were pullrd, I am sure the whole jcket would fall apart. I live in Canada and the paperwork and cost of returning the product is just too complicated.. My comments.

  Versatile, Compact, Snug

•   This is an excellent jacket for traveling in moderately chilly weather. It has an abundance of pockets. It is roomy enough to accommodate several under-layers of clothing. It's easy to stuff into a backpack or tote.

•   My wife and I each ordered a Voyazger Jacket. I liked the number of pockets, but the hand warmer pockets were positioned too much toward the front of the jacket. I prefer hand warmer pockets along the side of the jacket. With the sleeves in place, the jacket seemed a little tight across the shoulders, but with the sleeves off, the vest was confortable so I was hesitant to get a size larger because the vest might be too large. I was disappointed that one of the snaps on the wrist enclosure broke when I tried to unsnap it. My wife didn't like the snap wrist enclosure because it didn't close tightly enough on the ladies jacket, so the sleeves were too long.
