How To Get The Right Fit:

Measure the circumference of your head, just above your eyebrows. Use a flexible tape measure, or use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler. Refer to the size chart to convert your head measurement to the correct Tilley Hat size.
For those who are certain of their hat size, we recommend you choose one size larger - for example, if you wear a 7 3/4, we suggest 7 7/8.

It does a great job of shading the chrome dome while providing good ventilation, and protection for his face. It also looks great on him. I highly recommend this product.

•   I selected this as a packable replacement for my straw hat that has such an open weave that I'd get sunburned. It's worked great, much better than other hats I've tried, keeping my head cool as it provides shade and the straps keep it on securely when the wind blows.
