  Global Atomic Clock
By William S., NJ in August, 2010

•   I really like the clock. Only one big problem. The lettering on the back to identify the various button functions is REALLY small and makes it difficult to read. People with less then good sight might find this a problem.

  Great clock, albeit not perfect
By Alan R., CO in July, 2010

•   I have used this clock for a number of trips, and the same clock when it was made by Sharper Image for many years. It works very well, provided you understand that you have to tell it which part of the world you're in (US, UK, Western Europe or Japan). Some buildings block the sync signal, so you have to put it in the window to sync when in such a building.

Don't buy to wake you up
By Lloyd N., WA in June, 2010

•   This is a cute little clock, and it does keep good time. But no one without supersensitive hearing can hear the alarm. It's way too soft.

  Quirky, but attractive
By Brent T., MN in May, 2010

•   It took me a while to figure out how to work this clock, and it doesn't adjust the time to the atomic signal as quickly as I expected. I'm not sure I'd want to mess with it for traveling, but it sure looks nice sitting on a nightstand and once set works well.

  My atomic clock

•   I am very pleased with my clock. It works very well, it has good instructions and illustrations, and is pretty. Response to my order was immediate. I received it very fast. It is nice to know that the time is exaxtly right. I plan to take it with me on my many travels.

  It never synchronized
By SV A., DC in February, 2010

•   We use atomic clocks in our house and love them, but this one would never sync, even on travel. The buttons and labels on the back are too small; very hard to read. I'll be returning this.

  Time Zones
By Kris M., CO in November, 2009

•   I am going to Africa and was not savvy enough to know that this clock doesn't not pick up most time zones south of the equator. Just reset it like you would a normal alarm clock. I was disappointed, but it does look cool!

It does the job, but ....
By Gerry M., ON in June, 2009

•   An alarm clock either works - or doesn't. Accuracy is important, but not to the second. The hour(s) however are important. This clock needs to be "told" what clock server to connect to, via a slide switch; yet a Seiko clock, previously sold by Magellan (Model # QHR017S) picks up whichever clock server is closest (I have twice landed at Frankfurt, and on unpacking that Seiko clock, noted that it was set to the correct local time!) Good, but not the best!
