Israel plugs are peculiar, and more often than not you need the third, grounding plug. So if you only want to buy one, this one is preferable---although the D model worked well, too.

This adapter worked well for the three-pronged plug on my laptop computer on our recent Israel trip. In fact, all I needed were adaptors. My US electronic devices were able to take up to 240 volts, so no converter was necessary. Read the small print on your plugs. It may save you from buying a converter.

I took this item on a recent trip to Israel, and I found it was the right tool for the job. My laptop kept working and my cell phone stayed charged thanks to this little item.
