The Auto Combination Converter works for heating and non-heating appliances. The Auto Combination Converter combines the functions of the Transformer Converter and the Converter for Heating Appliances, automatically switching itself based on the appliance being used. For electronic appliances up to 50 Watts and heating appliances up to 2000 Watts. Made to USA. (16 oz)

Please Note: We do not recommend using voltage converters with flat irons, as the flat iron may be damaged. A better solution is to invest in a dual voltage flat iron. These can be used anywhere with the right adaptor plugs and allow you to save weight and space in your luggage.

Worked great in Ireland

• This performed as promised - used it in Northern and South Ireland with converters for hair dryer, camera charger, blackberry charger and Kindle. Needs to be used in conjunction with an adapter plug - so suggest you take along a few of those depending on where you are traveling.

• We travel a lot so it is so great to find a combination converter. One replaces two. Less weight and easier to keep track of. It can tell whether you have a heating appliance or an electronic device. Great!

• This converter is small and compact, easty to use and won't take up much room in the suitcase. I have not used it yet but have every confidence it will do the job when I travel to Europe. Delivery time was exceptionally fast.

•   This is the only converter I've tried yet that was able to handle ALL of my electronic devices: hairdryer and flat iron, IPod, white noise machine, battery charger. I've tried them all, and this is now my "go to" item for international travel!

•   Sorry to say, but I could not get the high voltage portions to work for me. It charged my toothbrush just fine, but my hairblower was a bust! I was in Israel. I travel quite a bit and will continue to try in other countries.
