The plug sometimes is hard to close and the curve is a little tite around the neck. I did like the softness and the way it folded up.

I am a frequent flier, and it is important to me that I arrive at my destination rested. My old neck pillow died on my last trip, so I needed a replacement. This pillow appears to be even better than the one I have used for years. I look forward to testing it on my next trip.
