Monogram Letters too small!

As far as the service I recieved when ordering and returning this item and the overall quality of the wrap. I would rate them as 4 Stars. The size of the lettering (mongramming) on the item is too small & my chief complaint. The inability to know the lettering was so small when placing the order resulted in a dissatisfied customer. Had I realized the type would be so small, I would NOT have place the order and spent time with your customer service trying to resolve the issue. Please increase the size and make the product a value to all who purchase these. Thank you

Great travel ID

I got these for my husband, myself and many of our family who travel frequently. I like that they help me identify my bag on the airport carousel! Wish they were a bit flatter where they velcro together- kind of bulky, so not comfortable if your hand is gripping there. I moved mine to a handle that I don't use to carry my bag.

The thought is a great one and the product is good. Color does set off the baggage and one can find it easily. I chose initials rather than the full name and the initials are just much smaller than the name version pictured. Fabric is quality and should continue to hold up for some years of travel. Solves the identify the black bag coming out of the luggage handler problem!! Would buy this one again.
