Personal Travel Fan

This is a great little fan for those of us who sometimes suddenly feel as if they are about to burst into flames. While not inconspicuous, it is very effective. The three speed option is nice, and the first speed is fairly quiet. Medium and High have a bit louder hum. The best feature for me, is it can be folded in such a way to be like a little desktop fan. It sits nicely on a nightstand, and can provide a gentle breeze on "low".

It is a well made fan and really cools you off. It was bigger and heavier than I expected is why I just gave it a 4 star rating. A little too heavy to wear around your neck. I also bought the small fan and love it.

I love this little fan. Super quiet, blade is safe around young children, adjustable strap and IT REALLY WORKS. Nothing is worse than being stuck in coach on the tarmac with no air circulating and things get stressful. This fan is a life saver. Super portable and runs a long time on 4 AA batteries. Such a relief exactly where and when you need it.

It looks great although it hasn't really been warm enough for me to use it since I bought it. I am sure I will get some use out of it next summer or perhaps this winter if I travel somewhere warm.

My wife was looking for exactly this type of fan. it works great. made well and puts out an amazing amount of air. I got two. one to travel with and one to keep at home. very good. I also bought other products some years ago from Magellan's when I went to Italy. quality products. Thanks

the personal fan is a godsend. i own two and have given several as gifts. for anyone who can't stand the sensation of hot, dead air surrounding them, this is the solution. they run practically forever on the same batteries. it has a great soft plastic "blade" which cannot cut or hurt you if you touch it, and will not snag in clothes. it can be worn around the neck or placed on a flat surface near you. the only factor which keeps it from being perfect is that it is not designed to actually fold in half, which would be easier to store and carry, altho it does fold. and the way it folds make wearing it around the neck not too convenient. it has three speeds and is virtually silent on the lowest speed, which still moves air. i have COPD, and this fan is a godsend for me in any stuffy, airless situation. so quiet you could keep it on in a theater. a great product. the best on the market as far as i know.

I have a medical condition that causes me to sweat (no, not glow) constantly. I can put this fan in my purse and I carry it everywhere. When we play cards, it is beside me. When it is too hot to sleep, it is on my bed stand cooling. We were sitting on s deck at the beach and everyone else had to go in. With this little fan circulating the air I was comfortable enough to stay and watch the sunset.!

I am happy with my new personal fan. In the New Orleans area we have many days of hot humid weather. This personal fan is just what is needed in this part of the country. It actually has 3 speeds and does a good job with helping me "cool off" Thanks

I have bought many personal fans over many years and this is the best, it is small and can be placed on a table or around your neck at various angles of air flow. It is by far the most powerful fan of any near its size and the batteries last a long time. I use rechargeables. Additionally, the price is cheaper than Amazon.com. Buy it!

Easy to carry with neck strap. Lightweight. Fan with variable speeds which will really help cool on a hot summer day.

As a Chicago Grant Park subscriber, I spend many a night in the park loving the music...hating the swelter. THIS is the solution of my dreams, plus with the foldable base, it can travel to those places where room is stuffy and my asthma makes me panicky!!! LOVE it, a LOT.

I have had many small fans, but this one really does the job. It's design is very ingenious, as it folds up halfway so you can direct the breeze at your face. With all the others, you have to hold it up to your face, or else it's blowing away from you.

Took a trip to Asia last summer and took 3 different portable fans with me because of he humidity. This one worked out the best for convenience and different speed.

I suffer from horrendous hot flashes and night sweats. My husband and I travel quite a bit and this little fan will be perfect for traveling with me to help me during the night. It is small, but powerful! It will fit perfectly in my carry-on bag and will be great for our upcoming cruise!

We just spent 23 days in Italy and they were having a heatwave. I took this fan with me everywhere. Other people touring the Vatican wanted to know where they could get one. It works fantastic. I even put it on the bedside table for air circulation in the room. The batteries last a long time too. This is a great item, especially if you are going to heat and humidity.

I recently used the personal travel fan in the high heat and humidity in Florida. The 3 speeds are great, but the noise the fan makes is a bit too loud for hearing people speak and for listening to performances indoors or outdoors. Also the connected strap is too long for the fan to reach my face and under my neck. That should be changed to length adjustments for people of different heights. Thank you for producing the fan that bends, so I do not have to hold it all the time.

Outdoor events in the summertime are made more bearable with these little fans. They are quiet yet efficient and take the edge off the hot summer days. They are great for outdoor events any time. They hang comfortably around your next till needed and a flick of a switch brings instant cool air. A summer time necessity!

One of the best items I have ever purchased! It has a lot of cooling power for such a small fan. After buying mine, I bought 3 more as gifts.

After many miles of "hoofing it" around one day on our vacation I collapsed onto my bed. My teacher friends peeked in to see if I might be ready to get up and go to dinner. And that's what woke me... their laughter as they saw a exhausted friend lying on her back with this little fan on her chest. - "just chilling"! It's a great little fan!

Went to Disney in June and it was HOT. Used the fan while in the line for the rides and had people come up to me and ask where they could get one. Three speeds worked great. Helped cool me down quite fast. Good investment for my money.

It's a big larger & heavier (adding batteries) than I thought........but it's a very powerful fan........so that's the best part!!

Great product and handy as we took it to Yucatan and it added moving air where there was none. Easy to carry.

These fans work well. They can be used hands free while wearing around your neck and can rest on a table just as easily. The on/off switch is a little awkward as it interferes with the fan when it is resting on a table but it the design is an improvement over older fans we have used.
