plastic broke on keychain
By Helen, Bethesda, MD in March, 2013 -
light weight and loud sound. felt safer carrying it on my keychain. unfortunately it broke off. the plastic isn't flexible enough to bounce around on a keychain with keys. bummer.

Personal Emergency alarm
By Anonymous, SC in April, 2010 -
Good product However, it would be hard to remember exactly how to work it in case of emergency. (You have to press in both sides or object hard)

Loud!
By dawn j., fresno, CA in November, 2009 -
Love this item as I usually carry a whistle, but this takes less effort to set off in a crisis. It's very loud and you can't set it off unintentionally. Every person should carry one!

Warning
By Phyllis D., Kitimat, BC in October, 2009 -
I bought this for my trip to Thailand next month but in the meantime we are using it for when we walk about our property at the lake where, at this time of the year, there a few bears around. I feel a lot safer having it with me.
