While I hope we don't get sick during up upcoming trip to India, there is the possibility. And now I feel prepared for whatever may happen!

Also Useful at High Altitudes

CeraLyte really eased symptoms of altitude sickness. Even when using an altitude prescription med, the electrolyte replacement solution helped me. I have used it on a couple of ski trips in Colorado when I was sleeping at + 9,000 feet.
