Fantastic bag

This is a fantastic travel purse. I love the variety of pockets. It's a great way to stay organized. There was some little problem with my first bag, and it was graciously replaced. I've taken it to S. Africa, Europe and Cuba. I have 3 trips planned for this year. It will definitely go with me.

replacement bag also defective

I had the same problem with this bag that the other reviewers had. I ordered the first one when they were first available because the set up and security suited my needs. After using it a short time the rivets on the clasps that secure it came off one after the other. I called customer service and they said they had not had problems so I had them send me a replacement. The same thing happened right away with that bag, too. The design is good but the rivets on the bag are defective.

Don't buy this one!

Barely 1 star. I was appalled at how this tote bag didn't work out. From the very first, I was disappointed. It looked really good when I opened the shipping box. As I got ready for the trip, I packed it with things I would need on the plane. So far, so good. At the airport, I unpacked the shoulder strap - only to discover that it was broken. No go there. As the trip progressed, the tote continued to fall apart. Rivets fell off or out. It was misshapen almost immediately. Oh well - I sure learned the hard way. Now it's up to you to decide. My advice - don't buy this item.

not well made

I've written to customer service and posted a review before, but I guess Magellan chose not to post it. So, here I am again. I've used this bag for daily use while running errands for a few months. Two rivets have popped off. One that would secure the latch and the other on the bottom. On top of not being able to secure the bag properly now, it just looks sloppy.

Disappointed

I am in Europe,still on holiday. The purse clip broke and I cannot secure one side with the clamp. Second day it happened now cannot lock down thezipper part. WhenI get back I am returning product. Wanted a well made purse to protect my valuables very disappointed.
