Best of this Type of Jacket
By Donald W., VALLEY CENTER, CA in May, 2012 -
I recently purchased this for a trip to Orpando, FL. It seems to be well made and has the right kind of pockets, the ones I need the most. They are: Passport, Boarding Passes, Reading Glasses, and a few odds and ends. The sleeves can be rolled up a little to help keep you comfortable and the jacket will function as a raincoat. I use a Hat instead of a hood, a much better choice. And the collar fits under a shirt collar. The key to traveling is to pack LIGHT, something that is missed by most travelers. Any time you load up a Travel Vest/Jacket with a lot of stuff it will become heavy, hot and uncomfortable. The negative reviews on this product are way off base. I travelled extensively for many years as an Airline Captain and know what it takes to travel properly. Again the key is to pack LIGHT!

Very dissapointed. Had no secure pockets on the out side. Was not roomy. The material quality was fair. I returned it

Poor craftmanship
By David A., Moncton, NB in December, 2011 -
I purchased my voyager jacket/vest a couple months back. I love it, with reservations. There appears to be shoddy workmanship in the manufacturing process of this produst. Both zipper pulls on the outside pockets have come oiff with very litttle effort. Ohe even fell off just being there touched a few times, used just once or twice and this happened. There are many loose threads that are not propwerly finished - just left dangling. If they were pullrd, I am sure the whole jcket would fall apart. I live in Canada and the paperwork and cost of returning the product is just too complicated.. My comments.

Versatile, Compact, Snug
By Henry H., San Antonio, TX in October, 2011 -
This is an excellent jacket for traveling in moderately chilly weather. It has an abundance of pockets. It is roomy enough to accommodate several under-layers of clothing. It's easy to stuff into a backpack or tote.

Voyager Jacket
By Tom K., Tulsa, OK in September, 2011 -
My wife and I each ordered a Voyazger Jacket. I liked the number of pockets, but the hand warmer pockets were positioned too much toward the front of the jacket. I prefer hand warmer pockets along the side of the jacket. With the sleeves in place, the jacket seemed a little tight across the shoulders, but with the sleeves off, the vest was confortable so I was hesitant to get a size larger because the vest might be too large. I was disappointed that one of the snaps on the wrist enclosure broke when I tried to unsnap it. My wife didn't like the snap wrist enclosure because it didn't close tightly enough on the ladies jacket, so the sleeves were too long.
