My favorite pants!

I love the silky feel of these pants and their airy lightness.They come through the washer and dryer with only touchups needed. I have several pairs and would love to get some in other colors. I'll definitely be be wearing these on planes and trains!

Tencel is the best fabric for those who like soft silky yet durable clothing. My favorite shirt is one of my favorites - I have worn it for many years. I expect my new pants will have the same quality. Magellan is the only catolog that offered this style.

great item - needs improvement

This item is a great 1st draft for the ideal pair of travel pants. They just need some adjustments. Pros: Zippered inner pocket - travel pants are utterly useless w/out pockets, especially one in which you can secure your passport. This zippered pocket just about fits this document & a credit card. Natural fiber (nylon, microfiber, etc really are not breathable, reagrdless the claims). These are breathable, have a nice feel dried easily w/minimal creases. Cons: The side pockets are too shallow - $$ & other small items easily fall out when I sit. At the same time, the pockets stick out somewhat from the body - even when empty - giving a "hippier" look than pants w/deeper pockets. The tencel could be a little better quality; the pants shrank length-wise & felt a bit flimsy. I look forward to a 2nd, improved version - I'd buy several.
