Good Stuff!!
By Al, Herndon, VA in March, 2013
I've used these since 2007. Amazing story about the fellow that had his bag forwarded in Africa. I've not had one bag waylaid in all these years so maybe that's good karma for making the purchase! Cheers, Al
Luggage Savers
By Chuck S., Parker, CO in October, 2012
I've had my luggage get lost twice on trips to remote places in Africa. Having these on my luggage with a full itinerary inside has saved my trips both times. Once the luggage had to be delivered to a remote camp in Namibia and another time it was delivered to a lodge in Tanzania.
Quality and theft?
By Terry M., CHAPEL HILL, NC in August, 2012
These tags are extremely flimsy. They also can contain a lot of useful (to others) contact information if someone uses them to help the airline reconnect you and your bag, but this information can be valuable to people who have bad intentions. We have had these tags removed from our bags on each of the last three trips we have taken overseas and worry why they have disappeared when all other tags on the luggage survive.
Stress reliever!
By Carol W., Columbus, OH in August, 2012
Friends had missing luggage issues. I knew that ours could track us across borders & changing hotels. Loaned a set to our companions, who were staying abroad another week & constantly moving. Great to know our luggage can follow us!!
Retriever Tags

Five years ago, we travelled to Italy and when we arrived in Venice, my bag did not!!! It took 5 days for AA to find it and then find me (we had moved on to Florence). I'd like to think that these tags would have helped me to get my things sooner!

Looks like just what I wanted. Hopefully, my luggage will not go astray but if it does I feel more confident now.
Make it easy to ID your luggage AND includes your itinerary
By Nancy L., Theresa, WI in January, 2012
I had one set of these that lasted FOREVER, until someone at an airport stole both mine and my husband''s off of our bags. They are sturdy. The multilingual writing does not start coming off for over 8 years, with heavy use. I've gotten my lost suitcases a few times since my entire itinerary was inside of this tag, whereas airport personnel often don't bother to open a suitcase to find that itinerary right on top. I always use this tag to spot my luggage coming. Very handy. I do use electrical tape to wind around the closure so it doesn't come unhooked.
Great baggage tags
By Diane R., Indianapolis, IN in December, 2011
These are something you don't want to have to use but it makes you feel secure your baggage if lost might make it to you somewhere during your journey. We always put a 3x5 card with a return address label cell #. Then we add dates & our flights, hotels & contact info while on a trip.
Highly Recommended!

I've used these retriever tags for years, on trips all over the world. Fortunately, my luggage has never been lost, yet (KNOCK ON WOOD!!!), but I am totally prepared if it ever happens. The only (small) problem is that the printing can scratch off, so I cover it with good packing tape - after writing my last name in a magic marker on the tag. Among other benefits, the bright yellow tags help identify my suitcase on the luggage carousel.
Hope for the lost!
By Martha B., Alexandria, VA in September, 2011
I have used these tags for close to 20 years and experienced a peace of mind that at least there is a chance my 'lost' baggage will find me. The only problem is that the airlines do tear them up after a while. Perhaps the holes for the straps could be reinforced a bit -- dreaming, I know. Do not discontinue!
It Saved Me From A Lost Suitcase
By Mary Kay K., Schaumburg, IL in August, 2011
Flight info tag from airlines came off my suitcase. Thankfully my Magellan tag and agenda was there. Airline agent wrote "thank you" on my itinerary. I could have been on a cruise without all my clothes! I also put the same itinerary inside the suitcase as well. But I have no doubt had I only done that on this last trip I would not have had my luggage.
Love these
By JOdy d., FL in May, 2011
have used these tags for a few years on numerous international flights. So far I have not EVER had a bag lost or delayed..KNOCK WOOD I do appreciate the bright yellow color too as it makes my black bag easy to spot coming off the conveyor belt
Peace of Mind
By Nancy E., Amherst, MA in February, 2011
If you've ever had your luggage lost at the beginning of a trip - or worried that would happen, these help to set your mind at rest. Your itinerary is put inside and there are multiple languages on the outside so baggage handlers can find out where to forward your luggage. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because over the years the black ink smudges and wears out. Wish it were more permanent!
Great Convenience If Your Checked Luggage is Late or Missing
By Jorl P S., San Benito, TX in November, 2010
I have used these for years and have given them as gifts. If your bags are misdirected enroute they will be sent to where you are (non-necessarily your home while you need clothes in Paris.
Luggage Tag
By Marilyn S., NM in October, 2010
I bought these in yellow. Makes the bags easy to identify--a plus when the tour has everyone's luggage lined up to load on the bus. Downside, tags get shucked off in airport handling. Stronger plastic attachment needed..
Highly recommend.

Gives one piece of mind that luggage might be returned more quickly if lost.
Great concept but straps need redesign
By John S., Wilmington, DE in July, 2010
The concept of a luggage tag containing a traveler's itinerary and labeled encourage handlers to open it is great, but one of the straps came unglued while pulling the tags from the package. I don't trust these to stay fastened to my luggage through U.S. automated luggage handling and had to return them.
great idea
By Ana M., Olympia, WA in July, 2010
I have always placed a copy of my itinerary inside my bag. A friend reduces her itinerary and makes it "luggage size" and laminates it and then ties it with a ribbon next to her luggage tag. Great idea but a lot of work. When I saw these in an article in Undercurrents (a DIver's Newsletter), I decided to get some for both my friend and myself. I actually have not used them yet but it it such a GREAT IDEA! I can;t believe nobody thought of this before.I make several international trips a year and

Large enough to fold a good itinerary and in plenty of languages to get you thru many journeys to various countries. Great idea!
Fantastic.....one problem
By Diane R., Indy, IN in April, 2010
Fantastic product. We have had trouble with the strap coming undone and had to tape it closed. I think there is a new strap that solves this problem.
Two in a pack
By Mark K., Modesto, CA in March, 2010
I bought two of these and discovered that there were two in a pack. Thankfully I did not lose my luggage, but I liked the idea of putting these on my bags just in case.
Peace of Mind!
By Cherlyne A., OR in February, 2010
We've used our retriever luggage tags on several international trips and appreciate the peace of mind in knowing we have done all that is reasonable to insure our luggage will meet us again if it wanders off. Our bags have always been on the carousel on schedule, and I can only wonder if the retriever tags helped them get there in a timely manner.
