Magellan's Pleated Front Denim Pant

Normally when I order pants that have a stretch waist a 42 fits fine. These pants are barely 42 after stretching. I will be returning for a larger size.

Based on Positive reviews, I ordered a pair. I knew they would shrink and thus washed in hot water. For those Levi wearers like me, be aware these are very light denim- more like cotton then denim. They are very light, but ill fitting- legs are very baggy and billow in any wind. The rise between crotch and waist is very high so if you wear low cut waist jeans, these will drape giving you a rapper look. I considered having a tailor sew a seam and adjust rise but is not worth the expense. Will wash again in hot water and see if this helps.

Nice, comfortable pants. Waistband is a little tight. Enjoy wearing them.

My husband was looking for jeans he could wear to work -- and these fit the bill perfectly. The dark color almost makes them look like dress pants and the fit is extraordinary. I only wish you made something like this for women!

But I have yet to really test their wrinkle resistance! Otherwise, not bulky, easy to pack, and very comfortable!

My wife ordered these for me without my knowledge. Thank heavens she did. These are the best and most comfortable pants I have ever worn. I tried them out on a trip to France. They felt so good, I had her order 2 more pairs as we will be traveling to Italy in the fall. Great product.

These are comfortable, esp. on a long flight, or when travel requires me to get in and out of a car frequently. I especially like the texture.

I ordered a pair and really like them. Soft and comfortable, good fit and great looking. I just ordered another pair.

These may be denims, but they are not jeans, having side pockets and a decidedly 'fuller fit.' Having said that, they are supremely comfortable and ideal for travelling and slopping around at home. And the security pocket is so secret I only just found it after reading a comment below! But they quickly become soggy in the rain (unless you are wearing a full-length coat) and, as someone else has noted, take a very long time to dry.

Sizing seems to be on the large size so you may want to order a bit smaller than the waist size you normally buy. These jeans have a feel more like a pair of slacks than blue jeans. This is not bad, just different. Worn and washed them once and I can see the button may already be coming off and in need of sewing back on.

I ordered these pants for my husband. He just returned from his first trip and he likes them a lot. They wash well and without too many wrinkles. The only thing I might change would be to make them with a flat front.

These are extremely comfy on long exploring days and redeye transoceanic flights - and they saved my wallet when five guys in Istanbul played the "upset with each other" game and threw a pickpocket my way - the zippered inside security pocket foiled the would-be thieves! Thanks!

These jeans can be dressed up easily with a quick washing and a hot iron. They also travel well. A bit more "stretch" (5% instead of 3% lycra) would enhance its "travel-ability." The one problem is denim: while it looks good, it dries slowly.

These are absolutely fantastic! The fit and feel and pockets are outstanding.One should own at least three pairs of these in case they stop making them!
