Magellan's Non-Grounding Adaptor Plug Set

These plug adapters work AMAZING!!!! I used them to charge my iPhone, iPods, heat up my flat iron (which I bought from this website) These adapters are totally worth the money. I bought another set from Radio Shack and they didn't work. These adapters are all metal (compared to the others I bought which had one prong plastic) they stay in the socket very well and connect to your product perfect. I traveled to Europe (London, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, and France) and they worked perfect, I would definitely travel with these adapters again. I also bought a voltage converter from this site and it didn't work at all, it wouldn't stay in the socket or charge my electronics, I didn't need to waste the money on the converter when these adapters get the job done.

We travelled to four different countries and only needed two of the included adaptors but nice to have the whole set for future travels! They care clearly labeled so you only take the ones you need.

Took these to Europe and while the plug worked, it tended to "sizzle" when plugged into the socket. My husband had another adaptor which did not make that sound. It was a little distressing.

Had the adaptor I needed. Worked great. Two words of caution: - These are not transformers, just adaptors. You need to make sure your device can handle the local voltage before plugging it in to a foreign outlet. - These only accept two prong plugs so if you are planning on using a three prong plug (i.e. computer power supply), you need to get an a/c ground lift or a three prong to two prong adaptor. Very cheap at any hardware store.

I used this set in South America and it worked perfectly.

Have used these on several trips overseas. Work perfectly, never had an issue of not being able to plug anything in. Just make sure what you are trying to use works on the local voltage......iPads, iPods, etc. worked and charged great.

We only had to use one of the four adaptors during our trip all over middle and southern Italy. It worked perfectly.

The adoptor plug set is light and convenient. It takes up a minimum space.

The adapter set that we ordered last minute before heading to Europe turned out to be one of our best purchases. We were able to plug in our camera battery everynight, no matter where we were and when ever I had time, I was even able to flat iron my hair. If you're not sure if you need these or not, take my word for it - you'll use them!

The adaptor for Europe worked fine in Israel, even though their plugs were three prong, the two prong one fit and worked admirably to charge our iPhone, computer, etc. Check the plug on your appliance to be sure it is marked 120-230 V (or something in that range). If it isn't, you'll need another kind of adaptor - this set only adapts the plugs, not the voltage. We laughed at the adaptor TO the USA included in the set , until an emergency purchase THERE required adapting once home.

I have used these adaptors in many European countries, for my hairdryer, curling iron, camera and phone chargers -- and they are great! No problems at all. I have several so don't have to keep switching and searching. Have never had a problem--and we travel frequently.

I purchased an adaptor plug set several years ago and have used various plugs over and over. It is great to have the plugs on hand and not need to go through a last minute rush to get the right adaptor!

Could not use either my dual voltage hair dryer or curling iron on my 10-day trip because I could not get these adaptors to fit(neither could my husband or daughter). Found out from Customer Service after the trip that the adaptors have to be pushed onto the appliances so hard that you think you're going to break them. No adaptor should be that difficult to use. At the very least, instructions should be included so my unkempt hair experience doesn't have to be repeated by others.
