Magellan's Luxe Inflatable Neck Pillow

My husband and I are going to Scotland in August and after previewing several different inflatable pillows I picked this one. I liked the fact that it came with its own travel bag that can be hooked onto a backpack. It is also easy to inflate and deflate. The only problem I found was it didn't explain very well how to take the cover off. I figured it out after looking on the inside and seeing how it was made.

My husband and I used these for the first time on a transatlantic trip to Europe and the UK. We were gone for a month so had to economize on what we carried and brought along these inflatables. We were able to customize them to each of our preferences and easily deflate them very quickly. I liked best the dual textures as sometimes the cabin was too hot and sometimes too cold and I could flip to whichever side was most comfortable. The carry bag was an added plus - I hooked it to my purse strap, making it easily available and not counted as weight in my luggage. One small UK airline even weighed our carry-on, so this mattered to us.

I was surprised how quickly it inflates and deflates and the flat back makes total difference. I loved it!!!

This was a very good pillow. Easy to fill with air, and easy to empty again. The plane was hot, though, and I found the pillow made me sweat, even though the fabric was very comfortable.

I felt that the middle of the neck rest where I want the support was lacking air. My husband likes it and will use it.

this pillow wasn't quite as comfortable as the squishy, bead filled one that my husband used, but It was more convenient to deflate, roll up, stuff in its sack and put in my carry on instead of trying to find a place for his bulky one. For long flights where you have a ton of items with you, I'd say this is the way to go. I also used it as a lumbar support pillow when the "back buddy" that I had also purchased from magellans popped after one use.

The product itself is not funtionable right, it is easy to blow in air however when deflat the air bottom is not secuity tight, at first I thought it comes off, later I find the bottom running to the end of the inner air bag. I have to return the items. Anyway, I have to say your refund/return service is excellent

I recently purchsed the Luxe inflatable Neck pillow and have been very impressed so far. It really does what the description of the product states. Inflates in only a few breaths, deflates at the push of the button and is compact and easy to carry. Has a nice loop to snap to your purse or luggage and is relatively comfortable. Great for the car or plane to get in that cat nap.

Love it! I've owned two of these pillows and have bought them for friends. We all love them and love the fact that you can deflate and easily store in your carry on bag or purse. The cover is very comfortable and the ability to inflate/deflate to your liking is such a plus.

Bought this neck pillow to replace one that the inflater mechanism would not function properly on. Since it was so comfortable, decided to try another one, even though I had problems with the original..

I recently purchased this along with the blanket for my husband who took a job where he will be travelling more. He loves that it is so compact when it is deflated but can be blown up for a quick nap. Awesome idea, and even better that it's washable! Great product!!

I loved it ,very handy and not bulky because you can deflate it .Comfortable for my neck. Its not only nice for long plane rides but also for traveling by car.

I have suffered through several neck pillows, and they always force my head forward because they are too thick in back. After all my years of going to a chiropractor due to neck and back problems, I know how bad that is for your spine. In addition, they are hard to inflate -- or the Styrofoam bead type that are big and awkward. This pillow is absolutely perfect -- very thin in back as it should be, incredibly easy to blow up, and incredibly comfortable. THANK YOU!

For an air pillow it is very comfortable and not "crunchy" as I thought it might be. Packs small and works great.

This pillow is terrific. lightweight, easy to carry, and love the fact that it has a flat back so it does not push your neck out.

As described, this pillow has two kind of coverings, a large opening for easy inflation and deflation, and a diminished diameter in back of the neck to prevent the neck from going forward. It is light and has a travel pouch. Perfect!

This neck pillow has so many good features- and quality details like quick inflation and deflation allowing for the exact amount of support desired, a comfortable cover that has a different material to choose from on each side and is also removeable for washing, and a nice little bag to store it all in. The only thing that could be even better is if there was a little pocket to store ear plugs or earphones. After enjoying this pillow on a recent trip, I bought two more to give away to family members.

I like that this neck pillow is easy to inflate with just a few breaths and is adjustable. When deflated it is quite small so it is easy to pack & carry with you.

Really-- when it arrived the button-flap assembly that both holds the air and also acts as a relief valve was detached. I had to find a way to attach its plastic hinge, a tricky process that, I think, I finally managed. Fingers crossed that it stays attached. If it does, the pillow should inflate and adjust pressure easily.

I have an old inflatable from Magellan's and purchased this new Luxe one to use as well. It's the best and lightest and very easy to blow-up. I have fibromyalgia and it really helps keep my neck stable during car trips.

This was a good purchase. It was convenient, and very comfortable for my long flights to Europe.

I saw so many people with the filled kinds of pillows,draped around their necks as they boarded planes because they didn't have room for them in their carryons. (Yes,they looked silly!) I had already decided since I wasn't checking any luggage,it was all carryon, that I wasn't willing to give up that much space, so I tried the inflatable neck pillow. It's shaped very well, inflates and deflates easily(that valve is pretty cool!). The only issue I had is that I kept getting overheated with it on and would have to pull it off and do without. Maybe that's just me. Bottom line,pretty good product.

It is handy to have a blow up neck pillow while on a plane for 7-10 hours. Those overseas flights are killers and the neck pillow holds your head so it doesn't bob and loll so much, then you can deflate it and stuff in any of your luggage or handbag.

I've had others that disappointed: leaks, hard to inflate/deflate, hard to adjust. Not this one! Very easy to use and comfortable, especially with the flattened back. The little storage bag is handy to clip to purse straps or carryons. Trans Atlantic flights with no stiff neck makes this a winner.

I just used this pillow on a very long flight from Beijing to Chicago, IL. I have another pillow which is similar to this one, but this one is very comfortable. It's very easy to inflate, and is not too thick in height. I slept for about 5 hours and did NOT have a "crick" in my neck when I woke up. Deflation is equally easy and does fit nicely back in it's little sack. It's very lightweight and I could carry it all around China in my backpack. Love This Pillow!!!

I have tried several neck pillows which I have ended up just leaving on the plane but not this one! Extremely comfortable, easy to inflate and deflate and definitely improved a light-sleeper's rest on the plane!

This pillow is great for travel, lightweight, easy to inflate and so comfortable. Adjusting button is perfect. My old one didn't have the adjustment button and t his is a great improvement. Got one for my daughter too.

This quck to blow up pillow was a great comfort for my neck on a 10 day bus tour. Easy to store in the custom made pouch and can be tied to purse if necessary.

This was bought to be a gift to my future daughter-in-law to use on her travels to Korea to visit her sister. It appears to be nice quality and will be comfortable for a long journey. I have a pillow just like it and have used it many times traveling - leaves my neck feeling stronger and without pain.

I'm so glad I ordered these before our flight to Italy! Sleeping on a plane is never easy, but these allowed my husband and me to get a good rest without all the "head bobbing" that usually wakes us up. Very handy storage bag, too!

Lost cap that covers valve. Came off very easily the first time I used it. Lost it somewhere on the planes. Very comfortable pillow.

I have a cushion pillow and an inflatable one. I had to travel light so, I brought the inflatable one along. It did the trick, but it is not as comfortable as the cushion. This is a good product given these constraints. It holds the air very well. So, much so I needed to let some out when we got to higher altitudes. If you need an inflatable pillow, then this will suffice. But, if you have the space, get a cushion one instead.

I bought this neck cushion for my husband when we fly from Canada to Venice, Italy in the fall. He often arrives at our destination not rested and a sore neck from flying. I think we have found the answer.

Great product. Easy to inflate and deflate. Very good quality. Very compact deflated, so easy to store. A little softer cover would be nice. I used in on 2 14 hour plane trips, and appx 80 hours on a motor coach. It made sleeping almost possible. Satisfied!

The inflatable pillow is compact, easy to inflate and deflate, and very comfortable. I would recommend it to others.
