Magellan's Island Cove Short Sleeve Tee

I'm surprised by a review saying that the fabric of this shirt is thin - the black shirt and white shirt I received are both made of substantial knit. I'm a busty size 12 and the medium fits me very well and the cut is flattering. Sleeves come to just above the elbow. The colors are not quite what I was expecting - what was listed as off-white on the website is actually a bright clear white, and the black is a light (similar to slightly faded) black that would be fine with prints or other solids but will likely not match up with a solid black bottom.

I like all Maagellans products I have ordered so far, however, unless you like a very sheer and revealing fabric, this is not the top. The style and fit was nice and true to size, but the fabric very thin and clingy. I got it in white so maybe another color might be different. Good for layering and the side pocket comes in handy travelling or even a quick trip to the store with just your debit card!

Fortunately I read a review before ordering it noting that it ran very large. I might have been happier with the small instead of the medium.

I really liked the color and the neckline of this shirt. Unfortunately, the sleeves were too long (I ended up rolling them up), the fabric rather heavy (it took a long time to dry when washed in the sink) and the fabric pilled extensively where it came in contact with my shoulder strap. After one trip, it's ruined. I'm asking for a refund.

This is the best top, I have ever had, It does not make you feel warm or cold, it is like wearing nothing, the hidden pocket on the side is a big bonus. This is worth the $$ plus I simply love this one, It just feels good to wear it, very confortable.

I ordered this in white. I'm very happy with it, nice to get a white shirt that you cannot see through, but it's not heavy. The square neckline is a pleasant change, and I was surprised by the little seam pocket, didn't know it had one. I would purchase this in other colors.

Magellan never disappoints. The quality of this shirt is excellent. And imagine my surprise when it also has the trademark "secret pocket"

Can be dressed up or down. Holds its shape and looks neat. Fit is true to size. I wasn't sure if I'd like the more square color but it looks great and i'm quite pleased. I wish there were a few more color options though.

bought this in white last year and loved it, so delighted to get it in blue and on sale. runs big, so buy a size down.

The fit and style of this t-shirt are great - but I am disappointed in the quality of the fabric and appearance of the garment after only one (1) use. I washed the garment first (per instructions) when I received it - and it looked great. After wearing it for the first time I noticed that the fabric "pilled" under the arms and was yellowed. Haven't made up my mind if I'll wear it again for travel, or just use it around the house.

These t-shirts arent't only terrific for travel (no wrinkles, dries fast) but also for everyday wear.

Although I like the cut and turquoise color, this fabric is just too thick and heavy for me.

good quality, sleeves are longer then they look in the picture. When you put it on it is very boxy! Dosent work so well with larger chest. Fit is true to size. I have to return them.

I very much like the skirt and shirt - they are very comfortable and look good - however last year i bought a travel umbrella to take to Italy - I was there for 8 months and had multiple opportunities to use it but i was VERY disappointed in the quality especially since it came from your company - usually the products are very good and of high quality

I really like the feel of this shirt. It does run large but when I got the correct size, I love it. The neckline makes it a little different from other shirts that I own and the fabric is so soft and breathable that the shirt is very comfortable to wear.

This shirt is great. I've bought the shirt in black, white, and turquoise. PROS: 1. Easy to handwash. 2. Looks great. More stylish than a regular T-shirt. Important when traveling and shopping in cities like New York City and Milan, Italy . CONS: 1. The white shirt is way too thin to wear without a camisole. Therefore, is not comfortable in summer weather. 2. The neckline maybe too low for bras/camisoles that do not have a v-neck. I constantly have to adjust my white Island Cove Tee to cover my camisole. I no longer use my white Island Cove Tee when traveling. 3. Take care when ironing. If the shirt is not carefully ironed, you will get ironing-marks from ironing over the seams of the raglan sleeves.
