I used two of these on a recent flight that included a change of planes...they work really well! I put two bottles of beer in one and a bottle of wine in the other. Everything arrived safely. No longer need to worry about wine-stained clothes!

This is wonderful for traveling with your favorite bottle of wine! You can pack it in your checked baggage and forget it! No breakage or spilling. It's the only way to ensure that your special bottle will arrive safely. You can also use it for small breakables such as knick knacks, perfume bottles, etc. What a great invention!

The bottle armor definitely protected the bottles of wine I brought back from South America, however, they are not easy to seal or open.

Great product, I ordered them twice I have transported wine twice and both times the bottles arrived safely. I ordered agin for my daughter and she agrees with my assessment.!

On my last trip to Europe last year my daughter asked me to bring back a bottle of French champagne as I was going to be in Paris. I purposely purchased this Bottle Armour to transport the champagne home. It was a large bottle and it had a perfect trip home - nestled in my suitcase. The protection was incredible. I had also brought home a small bottle of German beer in another Bottle Armor package. The see through window was perfect and will use these again.

I have only had time to use my bottle armor twice but felt confident in the product and it worked very well . I needed the corkscrew and it was very convenient to have it included. I will now buy more for gifts.

Great bags. Used them to carry wine in checked luggage from Maryland to San Juan, PR. for a cruise.

this is a good size to pack liquids purchased on vacation and you have to pack the bottles in your checked bag. We took these to Mexico but did not use them because we bought our "liquids" at the Duty Free store and they already came in sturdy tubes which we then packed into the bags we had to re-check in the US Customs area (we had a second leg on our trip back home). We will take them on our vacations in the future - in the US or international destinatons.

This will be a gift for my son who travels a lot and often brings back bottles of wine or other drinks. It seems sturdy and I think he will find it useful.

Theses work extremely well. I have used them several times. A good way to pack bottles etc. with no worries.

It was a gift to my son who lives in Albuquerque. He was thrilled to receive the Bottle Armor. He comes home at Christmas and always wraps the Bottle of Wine that he brings in his pants and shorts!!! Isn't it funny??? Now he won't have to. He loves the gift. TKS Murielle

functional, not terribly robust

I got this for my dad who travels frequently from Northern California to Southern California. He LOVES it. He's more inclined to pack wine in his suitcase with this product, since he knows that nothing will leak onto his clothing with the zipper at the bottom and very well sealed item. The corkscrew is a squeeze, but does fit in the back of each bottle armor. I might buy more soon!

Haven't gone anywhere yet to try these, but do travel a lot so I'm anxious to see how they work.

Worked like a charm in checked luggage on recent trip that involved a connection and quick transfer of luggage. Plan to purchase more for gifts.

I bought these reusable Bottle Armor for two reasons. (1) To travel overseas with my own bottle and (2) come back with wines and olive oil. I have used the one time use carriers. But, these are the best. Nothing has gotten broken inside. I have all my friends using them now.

2 wine bottles packed in Bottle Armor in a carry on size suitcase checked in at Rome airport to London to Boston. My luggage was lost for 3 days. When my suitcase finally arrived, everything was perfectly fine. Yeah!

For this year's trip to Europe we decided to take carry-on bags so we couldn't take the excellent corkscrew. The return flight of course our bags went in cargo with our favorite Italian wines. It was reassuring to know that we wouldn't have an awful mess in our bags because the wine was so well protected. I also like that the Bottle Armor is re-usable. I highly recommend tucking these in your suitcase to bring home a favorite memory!

Nothing is worse than getting to a destination with a broken bottle of special wine. Many of us have become so fearful that we travel with lesser bottles because of our fear of breakage. Bottle Armor is the white knight to the rescue for that special bottle you want to travel with, and it can be used over and over!

Recently, I visited my father, who has cancer. While on the plane I came across the "Bottle Armor" in the Sky Mall catalog. My father used to make wine and has some bottles left. I wanted to take a couple back with me but worried they would get broken. I purchased the Bottle Armor and safely brought two bottles back with me. I will cherish them and I'm grateful for the protection the Bottle Armor afforded these very precious keepsakes. I purchased a couple more.

I tested the Bottle Armor on a tour to Italy, trusting a precious bottle of wine to this unique packaging product. It worked like a charm. Not only does it protect the bottle from breakage, but it is reusable, which is a great feature. It's coming on my next trip to Italy, too! Thank you, Magellan's!

Just traveled with wine in three of these bags and had no problems. Great way to fly with wine in your checked bag.

We purchased a two-pack of these bottle protectors before going on a 3-week cruise through the Panama Canal. We weren't sure what we would be bringing home but we're glad we had these bags with us. We ended up purchasing a 1-litre bottle of rum, which was in an oval-shaped bottle; with some jiggling, it fit nicely into one of the bags. We had some left over 50 ml bottles from our mini-bar so we packed them in the other bag. All contents arrived home with us in perfect condition.

We used this for the first time to bring wine to the Caribbean. All six bottles made it safely and the wine opener was a nice addition. I would highly recommend!

We bought these before our cruise knowing that we would be getting alcohol in the caribbean and having to put them in our luggage to get them home. I am so excited not to have to worry about them breaking or getting my clothes all wet. It is definitely the best idea ever.

I love my bottle armor! I saw it in an in-flight catalog and did a little bit of web searching...Magellan's had the best price (including shipping) and I'm very happy I made the purchase. It provides great protection and I'm not nervous about any breaks or leaks, and I think it keeps the temperature of the bottle pretty consistent. The wine opener in the back pouch is handy, too -- definitely for "checked in" luggage only!

We recently had 4 couples travel from different parts of the U.S. to Mexico and each couple brought 4 bottles of wine/liquor. No one had any issues with leakage/breakage. The armor packs nicely and isn't bulky. We wish we found these years ago!

These are better than just using your clothing to wrap bottles in when traveling, but basically just bubble wrap. I ordered them as a gift (comes as a 2 pack) and one of the items was defective. The exchange was handled well, but the replacement was the same, with one item being defective and one oky, so finally got a good set. Not sure they are worth the hassle, truthfully. The recepient is overall happy with the product, but it does take some work to get them closed properly.

Two bottles of wine traveled through 3 airports in my check-in luggage, and arrived safely and securely at our destination. All the family was then able to savor the flavor of the well-traveled (and well-protected) beverage. I would not hesitate to recommend these to any and all who wish to have "breakables" survive, unbroken, during travel. Thanks, again, Magellan, for a top-notch idea.

Just as described. Brought two bottles back from our recent trip, without any breakage, although they were in our checked luggage. We removed the enclosed wine cork gadget, as we didn't want any complications w/security at the airport.
