Great idea but did not stand up to use.
By Ken, Saint George, UT in July, 2013 -
Like others, I found the clasp difficult to undo sometimes and eventually it broke at the base of the drawstring. After several months of use, it has also started to come apart at the seams. It is definitely well designed, but it my case, poorly made. Even the tote bag has started to unravel at the ends..

Luxe Travel Support Pillow
By Nancy J., Glen Allen, VA in August, 2012 -
I purchased two of these pillows for my husband and myself for a red-eye flight from Dulles to Iceland to Norway for a cruise. The cord that attaches in the end of the pillow so that you can tighten for a secure fit around the neck came out of the end of my pillow. I could no longer use it as it was intended to be used so I just laid it against the window and made do. The pillow is like a neck brace you get from a whiplash accident which was what I was looking for since I have issues with my neck. Also the pillow takes up room and I ended up placing both in a big back pack which took up a lot of room that could have been used for other things.

Decent pillow
By Gretchen K., AK in May, 2012 -
My husband (who doesn't like travel pillows and balks at them) and I used this pillow on our 21 hour trip to Dublin. I found the pillow to worked okay for myself. I have a shorter neck, so sometimes it was a little much, but not as bulky as others I have used, but I did use it. I also sat on it to relieve some stress on my bum. My husband used the pillow overall more than I did, as he is a lucky soul who can sleep on a plane. The fact that he used it as much as he did tells me is a decent pillow and worthy the money!

I can sleep!
By C B., MA in May, 2012 -
Trans-pacific flights several times a year. Have NEVER been able to sleep much until this pillow came along. What a difference this pillow makes. Only one problem - wearing noise canceling headset together with this pillow, the headset occasionally got bumped off my ears because of the higher neck of the pillow. (I prefer the around the ear style, which makes them slightly larger)

only neck pillow that has ever worked
By S B., San Francisco, CA in May, 2012 -
I am recommending this pillow to everyone. Pillow doesnt push your head forward because the back is very thin. The sides are high enough to keep your head upright. Very comortable.
