ExOfficio Lacy Brief

Based on all the good reviews, I bought four pairs of the medium, which is my usual size. They were expensive even at the sale price. These panties are easy to hand-wash, and they dried overnight on a three-week cruise and on a trip around France. (Don't hang them dripping wet; squeeze out the water first.) Yes, they don't absorb odor or stains. But the thick seam of lace on the center front was an unpleasant surprise--unusual and uncomfortable, since the lace and knit are coarser and more stretchy than most nylon panties. The leg openings also begin to bind after wearing several hours. Who wants to be conscious of her underwear all day? So these panties are now a last resort in the back of my drawer. I would never wear them every day.

As advertised! Might be expensive, but worth it in my view. Comfortable, easy to wash and were dry when I needed them.

I traveled around Africa with just three pairs of these briefs. They really do dry faster than regular underwear and are also light and comfortable to wear in the heat. Only the heavy fogs of the Namibia coast defeated them! A quick blow with the hairdryer put that right, though.

These get 1 star for being underwear. However, they are NOT fast drying at all. I took them on two different trips and found they took hours to dry -- at least as long as my other (regular) underwear. They hung on the clothes line in the bathroom over night in Bali and were still wet the next morning. OK. So Bali is a little high in humidity. However, the same thing happened in Lima, Peru. Rinsed them out and hung them over night but both pair were plenty wet the next morning. If you're looking for underwear, you might want to get these. If you're looking for something that will dry quickly for travel, do NOT get these. I am really perplexed by all the good reviews.

I bought these for traveling but tested them out before I left for my trip. I wear a size 14 Petite slacks. The size large large doesn't just fit great, but, is so comfortable. Machine wash and dryer works. Hand wash is a breeze and they dry in no time. They may be a bit pricy but they are worth every penny. I intend to buy more for everyday at home.

I highly recommend. Very very comfortable. I'm sure I'll only need these (4 prs) when I go on my next trip to Seattle. Maybe just a pair! Again, highly recommend!

I like these briefs because they wash and dry quickly while traveling. The same size fluctuates, however, some being tighter than others. The colors differ from time to time--I can't count on ordering the particular ones I like.

WHILE THIS ITEM SEEMS PRICEY, IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. THEY ARE SOOOO SOFT, WEAR WELL AND DRY QUICKLY WHEN WASHED. EVERY EXOFFICIO ITEM I HAVE EVER PURCHASED HAS BEEN SUPERIOR. THE LACE IS NICE.

I've taken 2 pairs on trips to several hot, humid places in Mexico in the last few months and they are really comfortable. They don't stick to you in hot, humid weather and wash and dry overnight. My guess is the seam is in the front because underwear often show when worn with the short tops ...maybe EXO decided to show the seamless side on the back??? Anyway, I recommend them.

I brought these on a recent trip, they were great ! They dry over night. They are small in size. I am a size 10, and the large was a little small. I will be bringing them on all my future trips.

I can't believe I'm writing a review about underwear, but these are great. I bought one pair of these lacy ones, and another, plain pair, and took them with on a trip (I thought I'd try 2 pairs, and just pack my usual undies, as well). I wound up wearing, washing, and re-wearing these 2 pairs .... they were more comfortable than my other cotton undies, and the fact that they washed and wore so well has led me to believe that the next trip I take, I'm just taking 4 pairs of these, and not bothering with any others. They're simple, pack well, and look pretty nice, to boot!!

The material and fit are perfect. BUT please tell me why the seam for the waist band of the briefs is in the middle of the FRONT??? Either side seam or even center back would be MUCH preferable and MUCH prettier. I love the idea of the lace, but I will not order any others until this design flaw is changed. Please pass this on to Ex Officio. Thanks.
