KneedIT targets the physiological causes of pain associated with Repetitive Stress Injuries, and assists in the relief of minor pain associated with arthritis, tendonitis, and chondromalacia by placing gentle pressure along the soft tissues of the knee. It provides pain relief by gently absorbing force at the knee and by exerting compression and warmth across the soft tissue in front of the knee, absorbing shock and supporting your patellar tendon.
How it works with the anatomy of the knee:
KneedIt's anatomic design works in concert with the motion of your knee. As you move it gently applies pressure to the joint liner and patellar tendon and assists in the relief of minor knee pain, soreness, stiffness and inflammation. By stabilizing the inferior pole of the patella KneedIT also may improve patellar tracking.

A great relief

I am an active 65 year old with a knee that starts to heart pretty quickly when riding or walking. Wearing this brace has made it possible to continue with all my activities without causing sweat as the bandage type braces did. I am ordering a second one for back-up.
