Good Night Sleep Mask

I work late, most times to 2AM. By the time I get to bed at 4:30AM, the sun is coming up! This sleep mask was my solution to summer sunshine waking me before I was rested. Then surgery forced me to sleep in a chair in the living room for 6 weeks and this mask was again pressed into service, providing me with restful sleep no matter what time of the day. I'm thinking I need to order a few more! I absolutely love it!

These were ordered for the car. It's for the rider who needs to nap. I haven't used them yet, but when I tried it on, it was quite comfortable. Hope it doesn't eat my hair when I rest my head on the headrest. Oops, that could be uncomfortable.

I have tried many varieties of sleep masks from drugstore to specialty store and Magellan's is definitely the best. This mask does not rest on your eyelids so it blocks the light without feeling uncomfortable. I recently had cataract surgery and the mask accomodated the plastic shield I was required to wear to bed. I have given quite a few of these as gifts and they are always appreciated.

Are you serious? Velcro on an item that wraps around your hair? Maybe if you're completely bald! (Wish I'd read the item description more carefully). Have you ever gotten your hair caught in Velcro?

This is the most comfortable sleep mask I have ever used. It keeps out the light without putting pressure on the eyes.

The mask is good as far as leaving room for eye movement/eye lashes and has good light coverage. 2 complaints however - first it smells of rubber/asphalt. Until it airs out considerably, it leaves that same smell on you and on your pillow, and it's not good. Also, the velcro fastener hits right on the back of your head, so if you are a back sleeper, that can be a big minus.

This sleep mask is the best I've ever found. It is soft, comfortable and blocks out the light extremely well. I love that it comes in different colors.

Purchased two of these for my husband and I to use on a recent trip to Europe. We both liked them very much. I particularly like the cupped eye sections which allow your eyes to blink. They are also well formed around the nose area so that there is very little light allowed in. We used them on the plane and they helped us get some needed sleep.

I've worn these masks for years to sleep during the day. They are perfect and they don't put pressure on your eyelids like other masks. I wouldn't buy them anywhere else.

I purchased this mask because I had an international night flight. It worked out great. I was able to get a fews hours sleep and felt great when I landed.

This sleep mask is very comfortable. I put it on when I awake in the early morning and I want to go back to sleep. It seems like I sleep better with the mask on. I really like the color and the padding which is what takes it so comfortable.

I have been working in Alaska for the summer season, and although I grew up here I had a hard time getting used to having the sun up most of the night. This mask has given me the ability to have restful sleep and be ready for the next day. I worried that it might bother me, but it's so comfortable it doesn't disturb my sleep at all.

I really like the sleep mask. It allows room for natural eye movement, it's soft and comforable and it is relatively cool. That's all I ask of a sleep mask.

This Sleep Mask really keeps out the light, allowing for two added hours of sleep here in Northern Idaho where the sun comes up early. The best design feature: the outwardly molded eye area which eliminates pressure on the eyes and has plenty of room for the eyelashes. I also use this Sleep Mask on long flights to Europe. I have love this product, in fact I have two...1 for travel and 1 for home. This sleep mask is comfortable, light weight and keeps the light out. I had been looking on-line and could not find one that got good reviews...this I found on my last flight in the travel magazine which was in the seat pocket of the plane. Great product and at this price worth taking a chance or risk regarding purchasing. But this was not risk...great product and wonderful price, in fact cheaper than a lot of other on-line companies were charging!

Due to the cut outs for eyes (cups) and nose. Let in a sliver of light but whatever. Sturdy too.

Absolutely the best item I have ordered this year in order to pamper myself. I am going to keep this one for home and by another one for travel.

I've used this mask for about 2 weeks now, it's one of the best that I have used. It doesn't push down on your eyes so there is no discomfort at all. The only problem that I have with it is that it's a little big for my face (I have a small head, finding hats/helmets is a problem too). With it velcroed normally (with the two ends matching up perfectly), I get a ton of light seepage, which negates the purpose of the mask. I have to velcro it tighter which means I get an excess amount of the top strap flopping back behind my head. The first couple of nights it was annoying because it would ball up and be uncomfortable, but after securing a small hair tie around it, it has been fine. Aside from that I would recommend this sleep mask to everyone.

My all-time favorite mask, and I've had a few. This one is more about ultimate comfort, so the tiny edge leak of light is not a big deal; space for long eyelashes to blink is great. Married this and an ambien for a 15 hour flight, and the love was happily ever after!

I love this mask. I get a solid nights sleep every night since using it. Since it's light later and much earlier in the morning it really helps me more sleep. It's very comfortable. You won't be disappointed if you buy one!!!

I love this product. The mask is super comfortable and doesn't mess up a woman's eye make up. The nose area can let in a little light if you shift around while sleeping (as I did on my flight) but doesn't let in so much light as to be disturbing (I slept great). No woman wants to arrive at a vacation destination in no make up or smeared make up, and this mask leaves your make up looking untouched.

This mask was more comfortable than any I've worn! I could put it on and fall asleep quickly and enjoy restful time even on the plane! The darkness was complete, even when the cabin lights were on. Sweet!

one of the better eye masks I've used. Blocks out almost all light (I bought the black), doesn't squeeze your head since it is adjustable, and comfortable on the eye sockets. the best feature is that where the mask goes over your eye ball socket, because it gives them room to breathe since the fabric almost makes a little cup (instead of sitting flush on your skin).

The sleep mask is even better than I'd anticipated. The entire form is soft and comfortable, and it fits both my small face as well as my husband's wider face. An added bonus is the curved shape over the eyes so that the mask does not rub against my eyelashes. I would recommend this without reservation.

I love this product as much as the graduated pillow! I saw no light or movement when I put this product on and slept like a baby because there was no restriction over my eyelids. What a great design. Thank you for your thoughtful designs....you really do think about your customer's comfort.

This is my second purchase of this item (hubby lost his). It is very comfortable as it has indents for the eyes so when they move during sleep, you are not disturbed. It is also wide enough to block out all light and adjusts very easily. Great purchase.

I wear a sleepmask nearly every night. This product is great and allows for adjustment, whichis nice. Keeps out all the light.

I quite like these masks and bought 4 of them! They block out all extraneous light to literally blackout conditions and are probably the best around at the moment. The head strap is probably a bit small for those with big heads (like me!). The ends of the strap only just reaches the tip of the velcro and so is a little tight on my head. Plus the bit that fits over the top part of my nose tends to be a bit tight and squeezes which takes getting used to. My partner who has a smaller head but alot of thick curly hair experienced the same issues. If you have a medium size head & face with medium hair (?) then you probably wont have any issues. I reckon the next version of this mask they should offer some different sizes ie small, medium, large and extra large or at least make the strap longer or more adjustable. Otherwise a good product.

Loved this mask. It blocks out all light with no leakage around the edges. And the raised eye pads make it super comfortable. I can open my eyes without any pressure on them. It's perfect for taking an afternoon nap!

I really like the shape of this eye mask - your eyes can open and close without your eyelashes hitting the mask. The material is okay, but I have sensitive skin and don't particularly enjoy the feel against my face. But the discomfort isn't bad enough to stop me from using it when I'm not in a completely dark room (2-3 times a month)

The mask is nicely made, I like the fact that my eyes don't feel compressed. It's a little loose on my face, though, and it feels like it's going to slip around so I adjust the strap to make it tighter. All faces aren't the same size, so perhaps Sm, Med, Lg might be considered for sizes? The only thing with this mask is yout can't roll it up like their other travel masks that come with the inflatable neck pillow and ear-plugs. So this is one for home.

I am one who can't sleep if it's light out, so finding a comfortable sleep mask was essential on long flights. This mask is extremely comfortable and blocks out the light!!!!! I just tossed all my other sleep masks in favor of this one!!!

This is the best mask I've every used--lightweight and doesn't smash my face. My husband and I recently used ours on flights to and from Europe and loved them.

I ordered two sleep masks, one for myself, one for my daughter. My daughter absolutely loves the sleep mask, says it's the best ever, and the hot pink color is gorgeous. She especially appreciates that her eyes are left untouched by the mask itself and she would give it five stars. My opinion is a little different. It's too formfitting at the nose for me (I like a very loose fitting face mask) and the Velcro straps aren't long enough. Overall I find the mask too stiff, too tight, and kind of claustrophobic, but it'll be okay on plane trips.

We bought the lights out sleep masks for an upcoming trip to Europe ostensibly for use on the o/night flight. I've tried it a few times as a test when I want to go to sleep and hubby is still reading in bed! and it's fantastic. I'm not a great sleeper so "stuff" on me or around me can be troublesome - the mask is so light-weight it feels like nothing; and the design actually fits in such a way as to block out the light. Totally. And I get my ZZZZZZZs and hubby gets to finish reading! Thanks Magellan.

I used this sleep mask on a 14+ hour flight to China, and it worked great. It's very soft and you can't feel it when it's on. It made a big difference trying to sleep on the plane because the flickering light from the movie screen above me was very annoying, even with eyes closed I could see it. But the mask gives you the darkness that you need to sleep or even just rest your eyes.

I just got back from a trip to China, and I wore this great jacket and vest combination every day. I loved having so many pockets, I was able to carry everything I needed and have my hands free. Since we were warned on the tour to not flash large amounts of cash, it was so handy having many safe pockets to squirrel away different amounts of money. I converted to the vest as the day went on and it got warmer, and then tied it around my waist when it got hot. It was so helpful to have my camera handy, also sunglasses, hat, extra camera battery and memory stick, tissues, money, etc, but the jacket never got bulky. It was wonderful to be able to just take it off at the airport TSA check and dump it in the bin to go through x-ray, then just put it on and go. Great buy. I plan to use it heavily when birding also.

This performed as described. Your eyes can move around while dreaming, so your sleep isn't interrupted. You can adjust the tension so that it isn't too tight. It completely blocks out light. I can't imagine ever using another sleep mask. Great choice of colors.

Lightweight, easy to pack, no pressure on the eyelids or the nose, really really dark, what's not to love. This is the second set I have purchased, I use them at home and when traveling.

After finding this mask I would never wear another style. I've worn it during transatlantic flights, and it was invaluable for an overnight stay at the hospital--where they keep lights on all night and people keep coming to wake you up. I did manage to get sleep by using it. It is comfortable in the nose and eye areas. I can't say enough good things about it.

I was amazed by the light-blocking abilities and comfort of this eye mask. The way it cups your eyes without rubbing against them is genius! It not only blocked out the intense light of sunrise but did a great job of eliminating the Oh-SO-bright overhead reading lights in the cabin that my seatmate had on for the entire 12 hour night flight. Saved my sanity as not a bit of light leaked in and it allowed me to sleep on the plane for the first time. I would recommend that you air out this new product for a couple of days before you use it to eliminate the chemical smell. Everyone should have a pair as I could see using them at home when my husband wants to read in bed! Awesome!

I like that this doesn't press on the eye lids. It's light and comfortable.

I have never liked or been able to use a sleep mask, but this one is sooo comfortable you forget you even have it on.

I love this product. It is comfortable and easy to use and blocks out most light. I use it at home to sleep past sunrise. I took it to the Burning Man and was able to snooze through the afternoon. I recommend this product particularly if you (need to) sleep during the daylight hours.

My spouse likes to have a night light on and let in some ambient light from outside into the bedroom, but I prefer complete darkness. Now that I'm using the Lights Out Sleep Mask, I fall asleep faster and sleep through the night, no matter how bright it is. Despite small gaps between the mask and my face, where my cheeks meet my nose, this fits well enough to block the vast majority of light. I like the fact that my eye lashes do not touch the mask. Although I often wake up with the mask off--it probably shifts when I sleep on my side, and I unconsciously remove it--I find this to be comfortable enough to fall asleep with and I'm getting better sleep.

I like this sleep mask a lot. The curved spaces for the eyes make it very comfortable. Also it is light weight. The velcro straps make it a breeze to adjust.

I tried a regular flat sleep mask first, and woke up with it thrown across the room....This mask, in contrast, stayed on and even allowed me to open my eyes and blink. It was so comfortable I forgot I was wearing it - more than once! It allowed me to sleep through the midnight sun in Alaska! Can't get any better than that!

I have tried many different eyewear patches for sleeping, and this is by far the most effective at blocking out light, and the most comfortable. Will order another as a back-up!

I have never been able to sleep on a plane even with a sleep mask because the mask bothered me. This mask WORKS. And it is so comfortable. I ordered extras just in case I lose one and can't find another like it. My husband also really likes it. Why didn't someone think of the contoured eye mask before? It makes such a difference. Designed to fit comfortably on eyes, but can let light in at the bottom. This is particularly bothersome if you are lying in bed and you have bright windows/light coming from the direction of your feet, as the light slips in under the bottom of the mask.

I love these sleep masks -- the way they fit, and the great colors. I have one for travel and one for home. My only complaint is that even when they're hand-washed (which needs to happen periodically!), the glue (?) holding the lining and outside material together quickly disintegrates. If this flaw can be addressed, they will be just about perfect!

I have tried various different sleep masks to block light out, so I can take naps during the day, or rest my eyes. This sleep mask has the outward curve over the eyes to make it more comfortable and allows your eyes and lashes the freedom to move while in deep sleep. The strap behind the head looked like it might be too thick and tight, but it is just right. ENJOY some ZZzzz's. :)

This is the most comfortable sleep mask I have ever used. You get no pressure on the eyes, it is soft and light on your face and easily adjustable, blocks 99.9% of all the light, even the brightest. would recommend it without any reservation. The best!

I have owned other sleep masks, but I like this one the best. The first couple of nights, the fabric felt a little stiff around my nose, but that softened a bit as time went on. It stays where it is put and really keeps out the light. I'm glad that I bought two of them.

The mask is lightweight and takes up very little room. It is comfortable to wear and easy to adjust with the Velcro strap in the back. Unlike some reviewers, I did not find the strap uncomfortable when I put my head against the headrest. I even put the strap over my ears to block out in-flight noise.

Finally found a mask that contours to your face - that gives your eyes and nose room! We searched awhile for a mask like this, so we're happy to have found it on Magellan's website!

I have Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue and sleep is difficult many times. The Lights Out Sleep Mask helps my brain shut out any light (night when someone opens the bedroom door, day when I nap which is often) and allows me to get more sleep than I normally would get. I have tried many masks and this is the best quality, the most eye room, comfortable fit with lots of eye movement room and I love the colors I can match with my pajamas. Yes it looks a little like a bra, but the comfort can't be beat.

Unlike other sleep masks this one allows for eye movement while fitting around the nose and eye socket to totally block out the light. I've never found another that works as well as this one. I have had one for several years and it still holds its shape and works perfectly. I just bought some for other family members, too.

I used to have trouble sleeping on long flights. I first bought this product when I was taking a trip to Thailand. I was able to sleep for hours at a strecth and, when arriving in Thailand (after some thirty hours of traveling) I arrived rested and without any jet lag. I just bought another pair for my wife, who will be accompanying me on a flight to New Zealand. The Lights Out Sleep Mask is well padded, comfortable, and the raised area for the nose really allows a proper fit.

Airlines seldom provide sleep masks even on long flights. Hotel drapes often gap. This mask solves the problem of too much light keeping you from sleeping. Hand washable and very comfortable!

This little item was a gift for my husband who, up until recently, was still using the mended-yet-still-ripping eye blinkers (that's what we call sleep masks) that he had gotten from Taca Airlines while traveling to South America. He puts on his little bra now, over his eyes (that's what it looks like!) every morning before the sun rises so the sun does not wake him up before he is ready. This mask is comfortable compared to the regular sleep masks. It did not block out light completely from below, and I don't know if it's because my face is rather small and thin, or if it is the same for everyone.

This is by far the most comfortable sleep mask that I have owned! It doesn't slide up and down on your face all night long and having the space for your eyes is the best. Material is soft and not scratchy. I would definitively buy more in the future.

Bought this for my wife. Over the past few years she has used a number of different masks. They were either too tight, too loose, hurt her eyes etc. This mask is perfect. First it uses velcro so adjusting to the correct size is simple. The design of the mask put absolutely no pressure on the eyes. Finally, the nose cutout (reminds me of Batman's mask) makes sure NO LIGHT whatsoever gets in. If you get this one, you will enjoy it.

Have used these masks for years and sleep with them every night. Was delighted to find your store in Santa Barbara, and made a special detour there to buy new masks on my way to my son's home on the central coast. Please never quit carrying them!

I purchased this sleep mask to use on the plane when I travel. I liked it so much, I bought another for beside my bed at home. Very comfortable. The only "downside" for me is that the mask can make me feel hot... good when it is cool but not when having a hot flash or when it is very warm!

The softest most comfortable and effective sleep mask I have used. Shape allows your eyes to blink, and the nose area molds perfectly to your face without squeezing, or letting light in. I own two!

My husband works 2nd shift so he sleeps a little longer than I do in the morning to get the rest he needs. In the past he tried other brands of eye masks but always complained how they would press down on his nose or eyes. The Lights Out Sleep Mask does not press against the face due to its molded construction and since buying the product I have not heard one complaint from my husband.

My neighborhood is very bright and my eyelids are thin. This is so wonderful. It allows REM, and the dreams came I lost, came back. It really shields out all light.

Using this mask on trip to Europe I was able to sleep even with lights from other travelers. The mask does not hit your eyelashes and so there is not interruption of your sleep.

Light block is okay. There is a lot of light leak around the nose piece. Not everybody has the thin nose required for this fit. While made of decent material, it isn't thick enough to maintain its space over the eye very well. The Bucky mask seems to work better for my thinner head as the thickness of their mask is slightly greater and the eye space is maintained. I use the mask nightly to prevent dry eyes. After a month, the firmness of the mask has deteriorated to a 4 month old Bucky

This sleep mask is the best one (of many) that I have purchased. I bought two actually. One for traveling and one for home. I have fairly long eyelashes that tend to rub on other masks. This one is comfortable and adjustable to fit your head perfectly. I only bought the black one, so I can't speak for the other colors, but it blocks out surrounding light really well.

I did not buy this mask for myself, but sent it to my son-in-law who has trouble sleeping if even the slightest bit of light is present. It was sort of a gag gift, but he loved it! He is using it every night and it has helped with his sleep problems.

This eye mask was very comfortable - much more than the typical flat eyemask.

I purchased this item before a trip to China - a 15 hour flight. It was so comfortable - the fabric is REALLY soft, and I like that it doesn't rest flat on your eyes. I slept for at least 13 of the 15 hours with the help of this mask!

a big improvement over usual airline mask

This product was so small, yet covered my eyes so comfortably and completely. It is easy to slip in anywhere in your carry-on or purse.

This was an effective sleep mask. Note, that I've never worn one before and don't have a point of reference. It was, however, a little hot and I got a little sweaty around the eyes.

For years I have used the cheap sleep masks that airlines give away. These allow light under the nose and can be annoying because they are not adjustable. I have been using the black "Lights Out Sleep Mask" for the past month. Pros: *They have have velcro adjustment *They allow less light through *They are soft Cons: *The adjustable strap is just about 0.5inches too long (my head measures 22.5 inches). Overall, the Lights Out Sleep Mask is more comfortable.

This is really the best sleep mask I have ever used. I am very pleased with the product and since I bought 2, the second was a great gift for my husband. Very pleased!!!!!

I have a very difficult time with too much light and sleeping. Sleep masks help a great deal but often make my eyes sore from the pressure. The shape of this sleep mask promotes no pressure on the eye itself. It is an excellent design and I know I will benefit a great deal from this product.

I used to live just south of the arctic circle, and sleep masks were a requirement during the summer months. I've gone through a number of these, and the Light Out sleep mask is the best I've tried. It stays in place, but is very comfortable. There are no odd seams that wear on your skin overnight. It blocks nearly all the light, my only complaint is that the seal at the bottom isn't always as complete as I'd like. Regardless, a solid choice and a bargain.

I have 2 of these sleep masks and think they are the best I've ever used. My eyelids don't feel pushed in place as the hollowed spaces are more than adequate, and the material is dark enough to keep out light even during daytime sleeping. My only problem is the placement of the velcro closure - it is in the very middle of my head when sleeping on my back which can be annoying. I wish it was just off center. Overall, I would recommend this sleep mask.

I loved the adjustable strap so it wasn't too tight as well as the fact that my eye makeup wasn't ruined because of the eye "cups"

I like to read before going to sleep but the light disturbs my husband. Now we are both happy with the purchase of sleep masks. My husband loves them and they keep out the light and are very comfortable.

The Lights Out Sleep Mask allows me to sleep with comfortable eyes. It is not too tight. The last mask I tried was flat and I quit wearing it because it was uncomfortable against my eyelashes, but this sleep mask doesn't press against my eye lashes like the other one did. The mask blocks out light very well. Sometimes it rides upward a bit, but I just pull it down occasionally and it is no problem. Better to pull it down occasionally than to make it too tight.

This sleep mask is the best I have ever used. As a Nurse who often works nights I can tell you I have used many sleep masks over the past 40 years. This is by far the best and I recently also used it on a long flight to London and France.

I've been using the Lights Out Sleep Mask for a few years now and think it is the best! It is very lightweight, puts no pressure on my eyes, does a great job of blocking light, and is easily adjustable. I keep one next to my bed and always use the mask when traveling. I've given them as gifts and ordered a couple to have available for house guests.

This mask is so great my husband has commandeered mine (and I asked him and my daughter both before I ordered it if they wanted one!). Now I'm ordering 2 more so I can have mine back and they won't need to fight over it! :)

I am very sensitive to light and cannot sleep if the room is not dark. These work beautifully. Yes, I can see a little light down at the tip of my nose when my eyes are open, but if I close my eyes, it is as if there is no light at all. Very comfortable. I was able to take a nap in the middle of the day recently, something I have not been able to do before.

These masks work well, with minimum discomfort. After a minute or two you can forget they're on ... just go to sleep while your spouse reads.

The sleep mask keeps 99% of the light out, my eye lashes are no longer squashed underneath the sleep mask and it fits comfortably around my head.

What a relief to have a sleep mask that didn't smash my eyelids. I just used this new mask on both legs to London and it worked brilliantly. The only complaint I have is that the velcro is on the middle of the back of thehead, which makes for a little bump. Other than that, the mask worked brilliantly.

If you have thin eyelids like I do you need these for sleep no matter how much your room is darkened.. These have helped me add two hours of sleep to my day!

Since I purchased the lights out sleep mask, I have been getting a good night's sleep. The mask filters out all the light.

This sleep mask is very comfortable over the eyes with enough room between the eyes and the mask to open your eyes without being crushed by the padding. My only issue is the velcro fastener which is directly in the back of the head and is uncomfortable when sleeping on my back as my head hits it directly on the spot.

I purchased one 2 years ago and just purchased a new one in December 09 as a replacement. These are very comfy and durable. The strap will eventually stretch out a bit after a years worth of use. My first one even got scooped up in the laundry and went through the wash cycle by accident, but it remained intact and kept its shape with no damage. The only reason for purchasing the second mask was the strap issue which happened prior to the wash cycle incident....and I wanted a different color.

I keep coming back to Magellan's site to order more of these. As a migraine sufferer, I keep one for travel, one in the nightstand, one in each car's glovebox... you get the idea. My sons took them to college and love them. One was on a ship for a semester where the lights were never completely out... his eye mask was used every night! These masks encourage deep sleep even during daytime naps. It is all in the contour and the material. Excellent product!

This is so great. It allows your eyes to move naturally. Sooo comfortable. I had another mask that I hated. I am so glad I found this one. I ordered one for me and the hubs. I have told all my nurse friends that work the night shift to get one! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My husband keeps these everywhere...for napping, in the car, etc. and our daughter-in-law loves them too because of their shape which makes them very comfortable. She always takes them with her on an airplane.

i am a lover of eye masks which are addictive once you realize how well you sleep with them ,i have tried many different eyemasks which have all needed repacing due to loosening on the face ,this one is ajustable comfortable blocks out all light and doent rub on your eyes while you sleep i wear mine everynight and found it to be the best one ive had doent leavemarks on your face and is seamless well woth buying for home and travel

My girlfriend has tried lots of sleep masks. She thinks some are too thick, some are too thin, some are too small, etc. However, she liked this one.

A bit pricey but great. Now my eyelashes can flutter when my eyes open and close, without my feeling stuck behind the mask. I would give them a five star rating if the price was less.

This sleep mask is great as advertised -- light weight, room for eye movement, actually blocks the light...but as other reviewers have noted, it is a bit big. Not a huge deal, won't take long to alter the strap, but if the manurfacturer is looking at these reviews, it sure would be nice for the velcro to go a bit longer along the strap.

This is my second sleep mask and it works very well, particulary on the plane. I even wear it nightly at home. My only complaint is that it doesn't last long enough with regular use -- seems to stretch out of shape, but I use it until it falls apart and then I get another one!

This product is ok but I like my softer one better. The velcroe attachment gets stuck in my hair. Any side sleeping makes the sleep mask move around too much.

I have tried other sleep masks and they either fall off. Or they bug me so much that I rip them off. These did neither. I went to bed a 8 am and did not wake till 3 pm. The cutout for your eyelashes are great. If you work nights or just need to sleep and light bothers you try these.

I have used sleep masks for years ever since eye surgery left me with very dry eyes. Masks help prevent more drying while I sleep because I like to have a fan running. This is the most comfortable ever - it doesn't push against my eyes and smash my eyelashes. I can even blink with it on. Since I use a sleep mask on a daily basis, in addition to when I travel, I wore the first one out. I tried ordering a less expensive mask but it was uncomfortable to wear. . I particularly like the way your mask fits comfortably over the nose and also molded around the eyes allowing eye movements.

I love the mask itself, but the strap isn't so good for back sleepers. When you velcro the ends together, it creates a bit of a bulge that hits at the wrong place. The mask itself is great - room to move your eyes, but does a really good job at blocking out the light.

I've tried several sleep masks before and this is the best. It's not perfect in that you still know you have a mask on, but it's soft, doesn't squish your eyes and easily adjustable. My husband says I look like a bug with it on but I guess you can't have everything.

I am reordering a few more of these sleep masks. I use them for travel and at home. The fabric is comfy and the molded eyes really makes this product the best I have ever found! I lose mine in hotels regularly; that's why I will more.

Love the concave covers of the eyes so there is not pressure on the eyes, Lightweight. Used it on a 42 hours trip to INdoneisa on 4 flights. Blacks things out particualy well when sitting in airplane chair. We will see how well it holds up under use--but in terms of comfort--the best.

I use the in flight back of the seat organizer in my car. It hangs beautifully from a suction cup about 4" up on the window. This puts my phone, iPod, lights out sleep mask, Kendal and a light blanket within easy reach and out of the way of my feet where these travel comfort items used to sit.

I'm pleased with the way the sleep mask fits and is light weight.

I like the softness, the color, and the it cups away from the eyes. What I don't like is the nose shape. It is big enough for a very large nose, but to large for mine, therefore light seeps in from around my nose. I guess I will have to ask my mom to help me tailor it to my size.

I work grave yard and so I sleep in the daytime. This mask works great really blocks out any light in the room. I find that my eyes are more relaxed because they don't hit the mask like my old mask. Love this mask. From the grave yard night night......

I must have a very dark environment in order to go to sleep and I love this mask. I use it at home when my husband is not ready to sleep when I am, I use it in the car, and on planes. It is comfortable , easy to adjust strap, and really does a great light-blocking job. This mask is SOOOOO much better than any other I have tried.

After trying these sleep masks - we use them every night. No sleep mask will fit everyone, but the softness of this one helps it mold to your face and gives plenty of room for those REM eye flutters. I was shocked that my husband took to them immediately - I thought he would think they were fussy - but the deeper and more restful sleep you get will convince you.

Where most masks would leave gaps, this once moulds perfectly around my nose and blocks out all light. It's accompanied me on countless flights but I also use it at home because sometimes I (gasp!) sleep with my eyes open and it keeps the light from interfering with my sleep. I also experienced a little bit of fraying along the edges, but it was nothing a dab of fabric glue couldn't handle. Couple this mask with a pair of great earplugs on a flight, and it really is "Lights Out!".

I like the shape of the product in that it does not put pressure on the eyes while sleeping. I do think it is rather expensive considering the fact that the "inside" fabric separates from the "filling" very soon. After separating, that layer of fabric tends to crinkle up when I use it.

It feels wonderful, blocks the light , its very light weight, and the colors are very nice.

This was comfortable and easy to pack, but light did leak in from below around the nose piece.

The sleep mask works very well for blocking out light. My wife and I work nights and sleep during the day and it has come in very handy. We also use them when we travel and stay at inns that do not have dark curtains or shades--we don't want to get up at the crack of dawn!

These sleep masks are awesome, I find they block out all the light. They are priced great, and good quality.

These are the VERY BEST, and we've tried quite a few eye masks. My husband and I have been using them for several months. Recently we purchased 4 more for family members. They block out the light and leave room for your eyes to move during REM sleep. Besides using them for travel, we also use them at home when we want to sleep a little late, and want to block out the morning sun.

Very lightweight so it doesn't even feel like you've got it on! Only wish it had a slightly longer velcro strip for those of us with smaller heads.

Other sleep masks I've tried were not comfortable, even though it blocked the light. With this mask, you are also able to open and close your eyes without rubbing your eyelids against it. The padding also helps make for a comfortable rest.

This is more comfortable than other sleep masks that I have tried but it does let in light at the bottom. The fabric is soft and not irritating. The elastic band is comfortable--moreso than any other sleep mask I've used.

It is difficult for me to sleep with light in the room. The sleep mask is very comfortable as there is room for the eyes to blink. It completely darkens the room. I keep one in my travel gear for use on the plane & hotel rooms; one next to my bed at home and one in my recliner for times I'm sleepy watching tv.

I've tried hundreds of masks before and never have found one I liked--seemed that every mask I wore my eyelashes would flutter against the fabric and wake me up. With this mask I never had a problem. I used it on a recent trip overseas and slept through the 10 hour flight. Unfortunately, I left it on the plane on my way back to DC so now I must get another for my sleepless nights. Lightweight and comfortable...GREAT!

I work nights and have had such a difficult time getting and staying asleep. I have tried multiple items and medications. This mask works better than the medications for me. If I lay there awake, and open my eyes, I see nothing therefore it is easier for my eyes and mind to not focus on something else and prevent further sleep. Now if my eyes open, No distractions. Just me and my thoughts, then peaceful rest.

This sleep mask is the most comfortable I've tried. If you have a short, upturned nose like mine you may need to trim a bit off the nose area to give it a better fit. For those who have complained about the tiny sliver of light that may leak in, why are you trying to sleep with your eyes open?

I like this mask because it doesn't touch my eyelids. When it's seated properly I can open my eyes. I am a side sleeper and it does gap around the nose a little, but it's so much more comfortable than several others that I've tried I'm willing to put up with the bit of light that seeps in. I should probably wear it tighter around my head (I like the fact that the band is adjustable) but so far I'm okay with how it works.

While working night shift and sleeping during the day I got very few worthy hours of sleep. Since purchasing these I sleep soundly during the day. I would have paid twice the amount for them.

If you can see light at the bottom of the mask I found that if you fold the nose piece under it totally blocks out all light...something none of my other masks do.

This mask has been a God send. I use it at home while my husband is watching tv. It's so comfortable and doesn't let any light through. I would recommend this product to anyone, that has a hard time falling asleep and can't stand things on their faces. I purchased this mask for travel, and I used it on a recent trip. It really does a great job of blocking out light without being uncomfortable. It doesn't leave little strap lines on my face as other masks have, and the rounded molded eye portion of the mask leaves eye makeup untouched.That's a real plus for travel when you don't want to be mortified when you remove the mask!

The mask is soft to touch and wear. It fits well and is ok but not excellent for keeping out light. I'm very disappointed in the problem of the outer material separating from the foam after only a few months. There is no reason for such a poor quality product from Magellan's otherwise fine line of travel products. I still use it occasionally, but not as much as I did before the fabric separated. It's just a nuisance to put on now. MAGELLAN: use your corporate "clout" and get this problem fixed.

Once you put on the LIGHTS OUT SLEEP MASK, you'll find yourself entering your own private world. With the molded fitting nice and snug, but comfortable, all the outside light is blocked out and restful sleep, if desired , is on its way.

This is very light but I find the stiffer fabric which keeps its shape and molding does not mold quite as tightly around my nose and when using it lying in bed light comes through from the bottom.Sitting up in an aeroplane seat however this is not as big an issue.

THis is a very comfortable eye mask but it does not keep the light out at the bottom. I am returning it.

This mask is simple but well thought out. It packs up nicely small to tuck into a convenient pocket in my carry-on. It goes on and off easily with a good, adjustable fit. It doesn't leak light at any point (once adjusted and settled on the face). the fabric on the inside is soft, with no poky stitching anywhere. I especially like that it's available in colors; the turquoise I got is distinctive and easy to find even in my purse even after the general lights in the plane go down on a night flight
