Even better than expected

Wanted rainproof and spill proof. Got it. Soft padding was a big selling point for me. Soft padding even in the outside pocket. Can put iPad and nook in this. Can just carry this but also wanted to be able to put in larger purses. The expansion aspect is fantastic! Buy it -do not hesitate! Classy design, also-looks pretty tomcarr

Good bag-bad lining

I really liked this bag when I first got it. It's a good size and I like to tote my iPad with me, so it's a good choice if you're carrying a tablet of some sort. But now, less than 3 months after I received it, the lining is coming apart. It first pulled away from the main compartment and now the zipper compartment has pulled away. And I don't carry a tremendous amount of stuff in my bag. In fact, I don't have the expansion zipper open. If they put in a good lining, I'd heartily recommend this bag, but can't currently do,so.

I am using the satchel for the first time in Chile. It's very hot today, so I wish there was an accommodation for a bottle of water. I wish for a few more inches, too, for souvenirs!

Great Bag

I ordered this bag because it comes in a beautiful purple color, which is my color. When it came, the color was not like it was shown. The bag seems to be really well made and I like the shape and especially the extra inch that is possible by unzipping the body. I returned it because of the color, but if you are not color picky like I am, you will likely find this bag to be both compact and roomy - that's quite an achievement.
