The Calf/Shin Recovery Sleeves are made with gradient compression which provides wide ribbing in the front for shin support and tight ribbing in the back for calf support. Made with a fabric incorporating silver, they help to regulate skin temperature and fight bacteria.
Note: Zensah leg sleeves do not provide medical grade compression

Very effective and comfortable!

I wore them on an 11 hour flight and a 7 hour flight and these sleeves worked very well and I had no DVT problems. It made the flight relaxing and very enjoyable. These are very comfortable and easy to use. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wore these on a 30-hour marathon trip to Asia. There is no comparison between these sleeves and compression socks. You don't even know you are wearing the sleeves. They are easy to put on/take off. The best part is your foot is not strangled!

Waste of Money

I don't understand how other people got these to work. I'm going to be the naysayer here: used these on a 15 hour flight to India and not only were they completely useless, they appeared to be disintegrating after I took them off. I probably should have tried to get my money back, but I was so disgusted, I threw them in the hotel wastebasket. So, yeah. I would NOT buy these again. Luckily my daughter had given me another set of DVT stockings which I used for the rest of the trip--she bought them at Target for half the price. Although they were not footless, they did the trick.

These compression leg sleeves work well to support my legs and provide the peace of mind of helping to prevent DVT on long flights. They didn't fit my husband very well, as they kept sliding down his legs, but mine fit me to a T.
