We invite you to return any product with which you are not 100% satisfied. Luggage requires a return authorization number, please call our customer service line at 1-888-962-5631 or email us at customerservice@magellans.com.

When returning items, please complete the form on the back of the original packing slip, package the items carefully, and send them to us via UPS Ground Service or USPS Priority Mail.
