I bought this to use in uk during olympics .I found that the strap made it difficult to wear on the shoulder .it needed a better more comfortable slightly longer strap . also the color looked like a dull darker grey blue rather than a midnight blue consequently i returned it and will wait to see if improvements are made

I love my petite purse and so does my friend which was a thank you for keeping my pet while traveling. I ordered the incorrect purse but Shan at your company make the switch so easy and sent me the what I wanted. Your company is to be congratulated for your first class customer service which you do not run into daily. Thank you for making such an enjoyable item which I will enjoy for a long time. jessie dawson

strap is too short for security, black sml purse not true black

Only the strap of the black purse is stuly black. The rest is kind of a midnight blue or blue-black color. When held against black clothing, it looks like a dark navy blue. When I had ordered the large Citysafe 200 bag the black was a true black but the small Citysafe 75 purse is not the same fabric. Also, the strap on the small purse is a very short strap so you can't wear it cross body or on your shoulder which kind of makes the citysafeness of it all ineffective if someone can just snatch it from your hand. For both of those reasons, I returned the bag.
