Canterbury Folding Travel Cane

I bought this cane over 10 years ago and have used it consistently for travel since then, including a year in Europe and Mexico. It has held up beautifully, needing only a new rubber tip.

I made this purchase just prior to a trip which promised a considerable amount of walking. (Oh, I do wish that I'd taken a pedometer with me.) So when the final three days of the tour had us walking over old cobblestones, I pulled out the cane. It helped take the pressure off my good knee and the foot with a large blister. What a blessing!

I bought this cane for an up coming trip. A week before my flight I seriously injured my back. Even though it was for traveling it turned out to be a life saver for getting around the house and to the doctors. You would not regret this purchase.

THis is my fourth cane and I love them. I travel on world cruises and they go with me on planes, bus, and ships. Can't do with out them. Buy with confidences

I bought this as a safety measure because of the bone spur on my left heel. But while on vacation, I tripped and fell breaking my left wrist and injuring my right hip. This cane was a lifesaver because it gave me extra support and helped me remain mobile, thus allowing me to continue with my vacation. I was really glad I had it!! It's pretty too.

I'm very pleased with my lightweight fold-up cane. I don't use a cane under normal circumstances; but with troublesome knees, I like to have one when I travel. I ordered this for a recent trip to England, and I used it when my husband and I went out walking. It was especially useful with all the cobblestones and other rough pavement. I ordered it because of the light weight. Several compliments were received on the attractive print design. I would recommend it very highly for the traveler.

Being partially disabled I needed something that could be put away when I needed to. It comes apart easily, and folds up small enough to put in my purse.

The title says it all. I recently ordered the Canterbury Cane. I have had the paisley one for many years. I have a recurring back problem that occasionally necessitates the use of a cane. This one is completely dependable, is very attractive and is easy to carry in a purse. The adjustability and ease of folding and opening are great features. The cane is great for travel and pretty but several inches too long for me. I am only 5ft tall and I finally had to saw several inches off the bottom and then put the tip back on. It would be nice if the cane came in a size to fit short people.

I had seen someone with this cane and asked where I might buy it. The cane is very sturdy and attractive and I loved it. Unfortunately I am short and it did not shrink short enough in size for me to use it comfortably so regrettably I had to return it..
