Designed to pack light and wear warm, it has two-way stretch that makes it perfect for any activity, and is loaded with great features, including a hood with toggle adjuster, four pockets (two waterproof zippered and two zippered interior), waterproof front zipper with inner storm flap, shaped cuffs with Velcro adjusters, and an adjustable hem.
