Customer Service Representative
Description:
We are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative for our inbound Call Center.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Call Center environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Ability to type 35wpm.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and ability to learn other software program.
- Must be available to work a weekend shift.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as a direct contact with customers to investigate and resolve customer service inquiries, concerns, problems and/or complaints.
- Perform a variety of complex and technical clerical duties in support of customer service.
- Review and respond to customer correspondence and email.
