Customer Service Representative

Description:

We are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative for our inbound Call Center.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Call Center environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Ability to type 35wpm.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and ability to learn other software program.
  • Must be available to work a weekend shift.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve as a direct contact with customers to investigate and resolve customer service inquiries, concerns, problems and/or complaints.
  • Perform a variety of complex and technical clerical duties in support of customer service.
  • Review and respond to customer correspondence and email.
